Pro Serve Plumbing had the opportunity to provide new construction plumbing services for a townhome community for CB Jeni. The experience was a positive one from start to finish. All of their team members exhibited professionalism, effective communication, and an overall positive experience throughout the project. Would work with them again on any project.

They did a wonderful job in building my new home.Quality, timeliness and keeping you informed - they did all this perfectly well.I couldn't have asked for a better homebuying experience.

If Toni Petty is going to be your Community Manager, rest assured you are in very good hands. She is one of the smartest and dedicated workers that I have ever come across. She s on top of everything right from Pre Sales to Post Closing.

Melanie Davis (Sales manager) from (City Point / North Richland Hills) provided a stellar client experience. I just have too many good things to say. Melanie was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, informative with us throughout the process. As first time homebuyers we had several doubts and queries and she made everything seem effortless. Her availability, transparency, communication, and understanding the process exceeded all my expectations. I can’t thank her enough.
    Highly recommend 🙌🏻

CB Jeni is a great and reliable builder. The quality control was top notch and they were very accomodating on every little thing we found. They also didn't try to play games and distract our home inspector. In fact, the CB Jeni agent left us and the inspector alone to do the inspections. I would definitely recommend CB Jeni. I also would like to make a special mention to our agent from CB Jeni, Toni Petty. She has been just wonderful in every way we could imagine. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and very easy to get in contact with. We have learned so much from her about buying and owning a home. And she gave very good advises on design center choices as well. We definitely had a great experience as home buyers.

I am an experienced realtor in TX. Have worked with many builders over the years. CB Jeni and her sister company Normandy had been good builders to work with. Their build job quality, materials, design and workmanship had always been positively recognized by my clients. I also had very good experience with sales managers. Sales managers' jobs can be overwhelming at times but communities such Viridian in Arlington, Park Vista in Frisco, The Village at Twin Creeks had always been my favorite places to sell. I sometimes wondered how CB Jeni retain such wonderfully gifted sales managers for a long term. For example, Diamond Richardson at the Village at Twin Creek cared for my clients and their realtor with respect and kindness. Her joyful spirit was welcoming and helpful for me to build with her. Yolanda in Viridian Arlington also helped building for my client with such ease and from contract to close was a breeze. Amy at Park Vista also had a kind welcoming spirit that made a great impression for CB Jeni and my buyers are always waiting for an opportunity to build. Thank you Diamond for your kind heart to help my buyers. Thank you Yolanda and Amy for your kindness in helping my buyers. I would always go back to CB Jeni to build and buy with confidence.

I am a CB Jeni townhome owner in Flower Mound. I bought a home in January 2023 with them.
Ben Russell (Sales Manager) and Felipe Robledo (Construction Manager) made my home buying experience wonderful! Buying a house is a big decision. Ben was there for us the entire way up until my move-in and still there if I need anything. Felipe took over within a few weeks prior to my closing and made amazing things happen quickly. I had some minor issues after move-in. With just one text or call, he is there to fix it next day. I'm very happy with the overall quality and details of new home but I am also pleased how Ben and Felipe communicate with me. It made feel so comfortable to see how professional they are.
I strongly recommend buying a house with CB Jeni.

Great quality home and design. The company is great to work with and is customer driven. Highly recommend considering a CB Jeni Home if you are in the market for what they offer.

I own a CB Jeni townhome in Heritage Creekside in Plano. I bought a spec home in October 2018 with them and the house had some decent upgrades that came with it. The sales agent was amazing (Benjamin Russel) and he threw in blinds, refrigerator, washer and dryer on top of the promotion they had going on at that time. The builders were great and their first year warranty response was great too. Before the year was up, I had them fix some minor issues and repaint stuff and they did all that.

The Frigidaire appliances they installed aren't too great though and I had to get my microwave fixed. I also had to get a handyman to fix my pull out trashcan cabinet fixed despite having them fix it during the warranty period. Their service was fine but their quality was average.

I am currently under contract for another CB Jeni home and while the layout of the house is beautiful and the community great (super excited to move), the sales agent is not very good. I will edit my review with details on the current experience once I close on the house because I'd rather not create complications with my purchase. The builder is decent though and pretty responsive. They recently transitioned from designer sessions to CB Jeni X and there are some pros and cons to both now.

I’ve had the same thing happened with my floors. I moved in in 2021 to the townhomes and then in 2022 my whole first floor had to be redone because of tiles cracking. Thankfully, they did cover the replacement of the repair. But then again in 2025 my tile started to crack again.

    Horrible quality

1% commission for realtor agent, no agent want to show this house.

Really not worth it. "Luxury" townhome construction leaves much to be desired.

Worst homebuilding experience of my life. Several construction issues at move-in including a leaky roof, uninstalled closet rods laying on the floor, plumbing problem they had to cut into the wall to fix, missed painting, irrigation not working, etc etc. I would not do this again.

Wish I had her. Our experience was awful. they cut corners at every opportunity. We had 3 different "builders" and they must have been blind to miss so may items that had to be done after the house was supposedly finished. Shabby workmanship all around. This company talks a good game; but everyone is watching their bottom line, not your house. Anyone else must be better

Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. We had a meeting with the sales manager Diamond Richardson, but she didn’t show up for the meeting and neither did she get in touch or reschedule. Haven’t heard from her since. You won’t be able to sell anything if your staff keeps turning away genuine buyers like this! Absolutely disappointed because the homes looked gorgeous.

Northlake, TX CBJeni Homeowner: I would highly recommend NOT purchasing or building with CBJENI. I am coming up on my one year warranty and throughout the past year and during the building process it has been nothing but nightmares, lack of communication, several construction managers and denials regarding the quality of construction. Countless warranty claims have been denied and deemed as cosmetic when they can result in structural damages in the long run and CBJeni has not owned anything. I have even had to pull my HOA in. When the warranties have been fixed, it takes numerous attempts and is never fixed properly. It is almost like they do not want to be associated with how poorly build their townhomes are. I am happy to provide more detailed information and if you are considered building a CBJeni home, please feel free to contact me and DM! Wish someone would have told me what I have now learned!

I bought a townhouse from CB Jeni and had a very poor experience all across the process. Now I am living in the house for 2 months and they couldn’t yet resolve basic issues like registering the address with USPS or concluding the infrastructure for the internet providers deliver service. If you want to buy a house from them, please be aware you will receive a poor service and have to spend a lot of time with follow ups...

We are a resident of a community that got hit with the winter storm and power outage in Garland, TX in Feb. 2021. Our tankless water heater leaked un-related to the winter storm. We submitted a warranty ticket with the developer and was told the repairs/replacement is not covered under warranty. We resided here approx. 7 months at that time so figured it would be covered if less than a year. We refused to pay $2k to replace a brand new water heater as we were told to do by the Construction Manager. A certified plumber was never sent to assess the issue and determine the cause of deficiency. We emailed the President of the firm in hopes of getting it resolved. A Community Warranty Manager was sent to look at the unit only to tell us the same that it will not be covered under warranty. We are still without hot water since Feb. and it is very disappointing as new homebuyers to experience such bad customer service from a builder that we trusted & invested in. We will never buy another home from CB Jeni.

Buyer beware. Poor quality. All they care about is quantity over quality.
They rushed the process and now I am having to deal with the consequences. I have given them over TWO MONTHS to get things fixed and yet here I am dealing with a lot of the same things. They will try and blame it on material shortages, when it reality there was never any quality control to begin with. It is not a matter of material shortages but it is a matter of things not being done right the first time. They are cheap, they hire cheap contractors and it is so apparent it’s honestly appalling. The way I am being treated and talked to as a home buyer by management and by the sales manager is very disheartening. They will treat you like a child and make you look like the bad guy when in reality all I want it for these things to be fixed and to feel valued as a home buyer. I have tried to be patient with everyone. My home honestly looks terrible. The home lacks in quality as I have mentioned a few times. There are so many defects I don’t even know where to begin it makes my head spin trying to talk to them about it. If you care about quality and defects bother you DO NOT BUILD HERE. Make sure to ask if your floor plan being built is a prototype for the community! I was told by Melanie and by Grant that my unit was a prototype/guinea pig, which is why I did not get an island in my floor plan. They didn’t bother telling me this though until after I signed my contract. Of course Melanie denies ever telling me this even though I have people to back me up on this. Melanie was super pleasant to work with throughout the whole process until you get stressed and then she will rudely ask you not to worry about things that never get fixed anyways. She acts greater than thee and made me feel bad about talking to her about things that bothered me. My recommendation is to proceed with caution and call them out PRIOR TO CLOSING AS THEY WILL HAND IT OVER TO YOU HALF DONE AND THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. They ask you not to worry and to not bother them about things during the building process but yet this is the standard and quality that is acceptable to them which is absolutely unacceptable. When you ask for someone at corporate to reach out, no one HELPFUL ever does. When you try to call corporate the phone number doesn’t work! So best of luck to anyone who builds here! It’s very disheartening to see this is how they treat their paying clients.
