I have been using KAS Cleaning ladies for about 7 years now. They are always prompt and super detailed. Whenever they come, my house just shines and smells awesome! If they forget your specific request, they will go out of their way to take care of it as soon as they can. I highly recommend KAS Cleaning.

I have been using KAS Cleaning for myself and for my real estate clients for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that they are the best in the business. All of my clients call me and rave about their services, and that is a lot of happy people. It's so nice to know that this is one less thing I have to worry about.

KAS Cleaning always does such a great job and at such a reasonable rate. Several competitors charge so much for similar service, but with KAS I am able to get a rate that feels comfortable for our family and cleaning that exceeds our expectations. We used KAS for over a year on a biweekly basis. Nothing but great things to say about the teams that came to our house. However, there was an unfortunate incident where several items were broken during our last cleaning. We understand accidents happen, but the KAS office handled it poorly. They were slow to communicate and denied responsibility before saying they would reimburse us. We still have not received reimbursement. We would recommend utilizing another service.

Absolute fantastic company!!! The ladies are professional and flexible. They are communicative and work hard to accomplish the task, no matter what. I recommend this company, wholeheartedly. I just moved to the Plano area and was looking for a reliable cleaning service to come on a monthly basis! I heard a lot of great things about KAS so I decided to give them a shot and I couldn’t be more glad that I did! They do such a great and thorough job at cleaning and are so fast too! Plus the booking process is really easy and they are usually available to come within the week. It’s so difficult finding a reliable cleaning service but KAS has been amazing! Hey did I mention they've been in the CLEANING INDUSTRY FOR 20+ years THAT SAYS IT ALL!!!!

We recently had Kas -out for one time cleaning recommended They were very good and thorough .We had previously had a cleaner who was very good, but sadly, she died of bladder cancer treatment in the fall. A neighbor recommended them to us.
KAS did a very good job for us.
The wood floors actually looked better than when I did them myself. They were just very thorough .Would recommend. They are price-y but comparable with the prices around here now. Would recommend.

Paid $300 for what I could have and would have rather done on my own. We paid for a detail cleaning after our father died unexpectedly, due to being overwhelmed planning services and they just added to my plate. Nothing I asked to be detailed, was. They used my cleaning products and not properly so I walked around on sticky floor until again, I could fix it myself. They did no more than $80 of work and we paid THREE HUNDRED for a specific detail cleaning. I didn’t want the regular cleaning (which wasn’t great anyway) and made that clear while booking and before services. Such a waste to a family already struggling and in need of help. Disappointed and angry doesn’t begin to cover it. Can’t even get a call back for some kind of refund or explanation.

I wanted to take my time and really think about what information to share in this review as well as compare the SOP to other cleaning companies. I was not going to share my experience but the more I sat with it the more I got upset. So here’s my story....

I’ve always used individuals to clean my home. This was my first time using a PROFESSIONAL CLEANING COMPANY or a team. I wanted a deep clean and the list they provided of the items that would be cleaned was mind blowing. My OCD and I were very excited for my cleaning date.

Unfortunately, the day came for my team to arrive and they were more than 3 hours past the start window I was given. I was being told the person before me kept adding things to be done and that is why they were running so late. After hearing this twice, they offered to come another day. But I am like heck no I have picked up and put away everything so this place can be cleaned so we continued to wait. Even the calming meds I gave my two dogs were completely worn off by the time the “A” team arrived. Yes, they ended up sending a completely different team who was not briefed on my needs, because my scheduled crew was still at the previous house.

Now all the sudden I have 3 cleaners working in all areas at the same time. When I was very clear the master needed to be completely done so that the dogs and I could go in there while the house was being cleaned.

Not only was this not done, but I was unable to communicate with 2 of the 3 cleaners because they did not speak English. I was holding my 70lb dog who was shaking and terrified because a cleaner was in his space vacuuming and dusting and I could not get her to go to another area of the house or get her to get me someone who understood English.

What was covered in my quote and walk through was not done on the day of cleaning with regards to the master and my dogs. It caused sever stress and anxiety to all of us. Then my husband arrived home from a very long shift to all 3 people still cleaning in the house.

What was supposed to be a relaxing thing for me to not clean turned into an incredibly stressful 6 hours.

The cleaning itself was great. I estimate 90% of what was on their list for a deep clean was done. They even cleaned the blinds and oven.

Unfortunately, I could not rehire this company because they could not guarantee English communication. And this cost me even more money because the next company I brought in insisted on a deep cleaning as well, even though my home was just cleaned by KAS. Every company has their own standards.

Moral of the review/story, I am in no way trying to hurt this small business or these hard working ladies. I just needed to share my frustration and worn others that Spanish is now a must in Texas for everyone!
