We used Lawn Tech for many years across two homes so I feel I am qualified to write this review. This company was sold to a national company in 2021 and it shows. This spring our entire St. Augustine lawn died and has not come back. They came out multiple times since the start of the year and never once mentioned that the lawn had a disease
(service reports in November, Feb, March mentioned nothing). Then we called them in April when all of our neighbors lawns had turned green to see what was going on. Miles the district manager came out and told us that we had a fungus infestation and our entire lawn needed to be redone with new sod in it. This is a cost of at least $6000). Later on a call, not only did he refused to admit that they had anything to do with this or work with me on the plan ahead. When I requested to cancel service, he rudely hung up the phone - while screaming on his associate Cooper to "Cancel the account right now".

So if you want to have rude customer service where you might be yelled at, dead lawn that will cost you thousands of dollars or generally pay for nothing this is your place. If not, there are many better local and national providers with better reviews.

We have used Lawn Tech since the 90's. They have always been very attentive and knowledgeable. Our yards always look amazing too!

Willie is VERY engaged and informative about his craft and our lawn. Love having him on my service route!!

We’ve been Lawn Tech customers for several years and switched from a well known provider who wasn’t meeting our needs. Lawn Tech provides personalized assistance and treatment and takes customer needs seriously. Most of the Lawn Tech staff service the same route and can see issues over time, often before we see them, and offer treatment plans that don’t break the bank. Appreciate the techs out there like Willie taking care of our lawn!

Willie was great! He explained that he’d be using a stronger product on the tougher weeds and made sure we knew it might temporarily kill the grass in that spot—but that it would grow back. I really appreciated how upfront and honest he was. He also took extra care around our large bushes and trees. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure homeowners feel confident and trust the service.

Lawn tech always does an amazing job for us! You can count on them to follow through every time!

Sirrwginald with Lawn Tech came tp provide service to our crepe myrtles as they are showing signs of disease. He was polite professional and efficient. He knocked on our door to let us know he had arrived and he went to work right away.

Lawn Tech has been great. Communication has been great. If there is an issue they will come back and retreat. Isaiah came out today and rang the door bell. I waa tied up and tried to talk through the door bell which wasn't working all that well. He picked up the phone and called and let me know exactly what he was going to do with explanation. I appreciate the great communication!

Mark did a treatment on my shrubs and trees. As well as a treatment on my lawn. He took the time to answer all of my questions, even though it was extremely hot outside. He didn’t rush me or make me feel that I was keeping him from his work. On the contrary. He was very open and honest And addressed all of my concerns.

Corey did a great job treating my lawn today. He was efficient and thorough. Great job!

Lawn Tech has been taking care of our lawn for a few years now and I highly recommend their services. Isaiah always checks in and answers any questions we have and offers recommendations for keeping our lawn looking great.

Today was my first service and Willie was the technician. He was thorough in explaining what he was treating for. Told me not to hesitate to call with any questions. I look forward to having healthy grass and trees in the future.

Proactive with any issues. Keeps yard looking great. We replaced sod in front due to tree shading and sod company even commented that yard was in good shape as far as weeds.

Chris Elam, General Manager, was great to work with to resolve our concerns and retain our business. He responded quickly, empathetically, and professionally, proving that he takes customer satisfaction seriously. Kudos to Chris and his commitment to excellence!

Not seeing much improvement in my lawn. Some of my neighbors who didn't have any lawn care package they have better green lawn, now sure
whats wrong with mine. I was told it's due to summer heat, but I don't think it's true.

Their service is good but unfortunately didn't work for me.

Highly recommend Nathan, my yard tech, on his knowledge of addressing my yard issues with his expertise. He's eager to patiently listen with advice on how to deal with your concerns.

Willie provided exceptional customer service today. He demonstrated extensive knowledge, thoroughly explained the process, and followed up after the job's completion. Furthermore, he ensured all areas were meticulously cleaned up after the applications. Thank you, Willie!

Lawn Tech has great customer service. Their technician Willie was friendly and efficient. Also, earlier in the month the manager stopped by to make sure the lawn was looking good and if we had any questions or concerns. He also recommend other possible services but not in a pushy way.

This is a scam when you want to terminate the business with them. I prepaid for one year of service with them and specifically ask the sales person to have another contract signed before another year. I never received anything until they send me a bill for over priced for a new service. Especially my lawn suW gas reduced. I called them and notifying them this as a unauthorized service. They said that they automatically renew the contract, but that was not written anywhere or being told.
They constantly sending me this bill for unauthorized service and they even used a collection agency. This is such a bad business practice. I am taking al the legal actions to let people know about this bad practice.

Lawn Tech is awesome. My lawn looks great. They're very cost effective, and Nathan is in and out in a jiffy. He let's me know what he did each time and doesn't pressure about additional services or offerings. Great company!

We have used Lawn Tech for Years.
Isaiah is our current tech and he is so responsive and detailed. Very respectful to me and my husband. He takes care of all our concerns with a cheerful attitude, which means so much to us!
