Village green was excellent to work with. During the freeze this winter, we lost a decent amount of bushes in our front landscaping. Ken came out, had specific plants in mind to put back, and wrote up a proposal with pictures of the plants. They also built a border wall the entire length of the landscaped area. Andres and his team they subcontract to do the wall did an excellent job and made it look exactly as we expected. Their work was efficient and seems to be very high quality. Then, Hannah with Village Green continued with the exceeded expectations by fully listening to us on what we wanted, moved plants and borders around as desired, and managed everyone in an efficient manner to get the job done. The whole crew definitely went above and beyond. Throughout the entire process, the whole team was very easy to talk to and we were easily able to communicate our exact vision. They executed it perfectly. My only complaint was they couldn't start earlier! Understandable, though, as everyone in the metroplex was trying to landscape at the same time. Ultimately, great work and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Village Green has been fertilizing and maintaining our lawn for several years and it has never looked better! So, when it came time to do some landscaping we didn't hesitate to call Ken. We had 23 10 to 15 foot Red Tip Photinas die from disease. They needed to be cut down and the roots removed. If that wasn't a big enough job, the crew had to do this on a 4 foot terrace. Hannah and her crew did a fantastic job! They tilled, amended and treated the soil then installed new tress and bushes. Hannah engineered the irrigation system to water properly. Everything was cleaned up and no mess was left behind. Ken and Hannah presented their plant ideas and also considered some of ours. The end result is really beautiful! We had a problem with 60mph winds the week after planting. Hannah came out the next day and set everything right! We highly recommend Village Green. Hannah was more than great to work with.

They are very inconsistent and messy. Don't follow directions at all.

The most rude service - I called to get some information and the lady who answered was extremely unprofessional, she couldn’t answer questions, wouldn’t let me speak on the phone and I was being very polite - rude rude

This is a great company. People will gripe about the guys just doing their jobs because they start working early in the morning. I would say if you don't like it, go buy a house.

This company is aweful and has no respect for your property. They will weed wack flowers , scalpt the grass and pull up new sod. We had red flags all over a new area where sod pods had been planted. Still they went into and moved digging up the plants . The ground was wet and so soft and jerked them out of the hole. When showing them what they did they said that we cant just throw them on the ground they have to planted. They refused to even look at the hole that they had been planted in. Supposed to come on Tues but often doesn't show up till Wed or Thurs and sometimes not at all. Basically says if you dont want us to tear up your yard then pay us more. There are better options.

My plants were destroyed with their weed whacker, called the office with pictures and concerns. The landscaping manager came out and said it was the animals eating up my plants. No it was not, I stood in the window and watched how they destroy out flower beds, our lawn because the blade on the lawn mower is too low, out walkway lights, garden hose and soakers and they do not take ownership, replace or apologize. Our subdivision looks horrible.

Unfortunately, I’m stuck with them until our HOA’s contract is up, hopefully we will unanimously vote on a new landscaping company that cares.

Steve and his team always do a fantastic job with any landscape jobs I throw at them. We live about 20 miles east of Plano but they cover all of DFW, which is nice. I've never had a bad experience with this landscaping company and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for affordable landscaping services in the north Texas area. Nice people.

Our complex uses this company for landscape services and irrigation. They are very low quality, amateurs and expensive because of all the mistakes they make with both the irrigation and the lawn services. Our manager and/or HOA board may have some personal relationship with them, protects and keeps using them. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

I ran over a curb because I’m an amazing driver and got my car stuck on top of a boulder, three employees from this company, David and Carlos and Byron all witnessed it happen and took the time to help me, I watched them sweat in the heat but they were determined to help, and sure enough their efforts got me out! I’m so grateful to these men and their integrity because I had no idea how to even use a car jack. This company obviously hires amazing people and I will forever be thankful!!

Lewis is awesome. He answers all my question in a fast timely manner & makes all my communities look beautiful. Him and his team are amazing. If you are in of a landscaper, definitely reach out to him!

Lewis Parker is very knowledgeable, organized, and quick to respond to requests and challenges. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and taken care of at all times. I highly recommend working with him for all your landscaping needs.

Great for soaking your yard with herbicides and cutting holes in your yard with riding mowers. Trimming your hedge and leaving cuttings. Harassers.... oh ....oh no no...no way

I work hand in hand with Courtney for multiple properties. She (and her crew) are hands down the absolute best. Professional and quick to answer questions, make adjustments and resolve issues, if any. Each property has different requirements and they meet them all. Reasonably priced and very detail oriented.
