They broke my car windshield while working on the trees at my apt and refuse to do anything about it.

When the workers come to our property, they leave dirt in the hallways and dirt on the sidewalks, please swept after yourselves.

I am delighted with my experience with Charles and his team. I They were on time, they communicated every step of the way.

Today, I wasn’t sure the sprinklers had run because there was no water on the sidewalks, street or my patio, it was all on the grass, shrubs and flowerbeds! I wanted to wait a few days after they completely overhauled my sprinkler system to make sure it wasn’t too good to be true. It’s perfect!

Now I have peace of mind knowing my beautiful landscaping that I have worked so hard on will be well taken care of with my new wifi app on my phone that allows me to track the weather and make sure if I need to, I can run my sprinklers from wherever I am!

They take no responsibility for what their workers do. One of the workers threw dirt and mud on my car at my apartment complex. I watched worker take his hand and try to rub dry mud off my car. In process scratching my back passenger door all up. Jose who I talked to at the office didn’t sound to concerned. Good to know y’all could care less the damage your employees cause

We live on the ground floor at St Marin and we have asked the office staff to relay the message to the workers to not blow dirt & grass onto our patio. They continue to do this every time.

I live in a property that they do maintenance on and I had my car washed and when they used the blower, they put all the sand on top of my car.

Jeff and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He really knows his stuff and guided us through the project to make sure it was done right the first time. He was creative with his solutions and offered his advice and opinions to create a back yard that was above and beyond our expectations.

I signed up for JC’s lawn mowing service and it’s been the easiest year with any lawn service since I moved into my house 10+ years ago. They’ve taken care of everything in terms of being on schedule, cleaning up after themselves, and even being careful when mowing around my garden plants. I’m very pleased as a customer and look forward to continuing doing business with the company.

I hired JC’s to install new sod in my yard in 2021. They did an awful job on my yard, and I would never hire them again.

They broke the pipe to my sprinklers and left the work site without fixing it, so I couldn’t water my new sod on day one. Their “crew chief” wouldn’t stay on site and supervise his people, so when I had issues with their work nobody would correct anything. They claim they offer a warranty, but I never got any grass replaced even when it failed to root because of their errors.

I’m seeing even worse issues now that it’s been a full season, though, because the grass simply isn’t doing well.

They bid the project sight unseen, and it really shows. They installed grass in areas that can’t support it due to shade, in areas where drainage means it can’t get enough water, and so on, without estimating (or doing) re-grading or other work.

They raised the ground around the yard but left my sprinklers at a low height, so a bunch of the sod died in patches from poor water coverage.

These are amateurish mistakes that a halfway competent company wouldn’t make. JC’s is not a halfway competent company.

JC's has been great to work with! They are competitively priced, friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They are upfront on what they think can and should be done and walk you through the process.

I used JC's landscaping for about 2 years untill we moved out of the house. They are very professional and do a great job everytime! In two years we never saw any cut grass left anywhere and the landscape looked very nice. They always cleanup after their work and are very curteous.

Love our lawn service with JC. They are very responsive to emails and friendly staff. They have easy payment set up on their portal which gives all your lawn care info, which is a big plus for me! Highly recommend for landscaping services!

Really terrible experience with this company. We hired them for general lawn maintenance. This included mowing, trimming, and fertilization. We were immediately upset to learn that they contract out to TruGreen for fertilization. We've worked with TruGreen in the past and already had a bad experience with them as TruGreen tends to leave generic recommendations. Their mowers would show up at odd hrs with no notice and they wre never the same person. They were rushed and careless. We are pretty certain one of the mowers knocked out one of our sprinklers which had to be replaced. At the end of our year with JC, our lawn was completely dead. My husband and I are now getting quotes for sod installation.

Worst part of this experience is when we reached out with our concerns, we were totally ignored or brushed off. My husband had to reach out to them multiple times to get a call back. And when he did finally get a hold of someone to come out and take a look, they didn't show and didn't notify him.
