Would not recommend this merchant at all. I bought a Groupon for 5 rooms and a hallway or stairs. He came to my home and would not clean my carpet because "it is clean" and it's too much work for him to only have to clean "clean" and not worth it. That is the most asinine thing I've ever heard. However, now I realize that the Groupon isn't worth it for him because he probably makes money upselling and charging people for extras and spot cleaning when he arrives, and he clearly could not do it with me. Reported him to Groupon as well. Will never do business with this scam artist again. It's one star because I can't do no stars and he clearly didn't want to do the work.

Made a appointment and they never show up. Call and now going to Voice Mail. Brought off of Groupon amd ask for a refund. No response yet

DC did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He was professional and thorough, leaving the carpets looking fresh and spotless.

Bought the sofa cleaning service on Groupon for this company. Tried to book the service three times for two months. On the day of each appointment, his cleaning machine magically stopped working. He finally agreed to refund me after my last attempt to get the service. Such a waste of time and effort.

The owner also gave me an attitude when I tried to book his service - as if he’s doing me favor by providing a service that I PAID for. Apparently this business also operate as Hollywood Cleaning so beware. Feels very scammy.

On May 7th, they scheduled my service for May 15th. However, on the day of the appointment, they canceled without notice. I reached out again on May 19th to reschedule and was told that they would call me back to schedule a new appointment. To this day, I have yet to hear from them. This experience has demonstrated a complete disregard for customer service and reliability.

DC was awesome. He came on time, he was professional, courteous, and he got all my carpets looking and smelling fresh. I will be using his service again for all my upholstery tasks!!

Found them on Groupon. Called to book appointment after buying on Groupon. Appointment was canceled an hour before expected arrival time. The company reached out to let me know their machine wasn’t starting and that they would reach back later that day to reschedule my appointment. They never reached out. I checked back the next day to see if they were able to reschedule my appointment and they said they would be in touch the next morning to reschedule. That’s been a week and nobody has responded back to me. That’s beyond unprofessional and inconsiderate of your customers time. I had to make sure I’m home from work to be available and also moved most of the furniture from the rooms I was having cleaned. Waste of my time. Terrible customer service experience and would not recommend this company!

I’m very disappointed with this Upholstery Clean Kings’ service purchased through Groupon. My appointments were canceled twice with little to no notice due to machine breakdown, which completely disrupted my plans. To make matters worse, I still have not received a refund despite multiple follow-ups. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this vendor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not one to normally give a bad review, but I felt it was warranted.
I called the company before I purchased a Groupon to make sure that they serviced my area, that the Groupon was legit, and that they could come out soon. They informed me that everything was good, and that they had an opening 3 days later to come out. On the day of the appointment, 28 minutes before they are supposed to show up, they canceled stating the machine was not working, but they would be able to come out in a couple of days. I said okay, but have not heard from them since and it has been over a week. Groupon is no help and said I have to make an appointment. It’s been over a week and still nothing. Do NOT do business with this company or use a Groupon for them. It all seems like a scam.
