I thought I was being king and using a local carpet cleaning company. I could have used Dalworth or other reputable companies but the price quoted seemed competitive. Clearly the job was to upsell me and I had sympathy for the technician as I want everyone to be successful. I was promised steam cleaning and large fans to help dry carpets. In reality, no fans and when carpets dried stain were still there. This was fixable but when I tried to call and discuss with a manager ~ NO ONE would call me back. Instead, I got text messages from "Leo" but he refused to pick up the phone and discuss with me (the paying customer).
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! POOR SERVICE!!! POOR RESULTS!!! UNRESPONSIVE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!!!

They could do Saturday but if if didn’t get completed then they would have to come back on Monday. That wouldn’t work for us because our business if back open then.
