Flower Mound customer: I was lucky enough to be serviced by the Orange team led by Lillie yesterday (7/1/25) and they did a fantastic job. I have been with the company almost 15 years and they never disappoint.

The maids did a thorough job and the house smells so clean! They are so nice and it’s a very happy day when they come to clean. Their supervisor is great to work with too; always accommodating to changing schedules. I highly recommend their services! Gloria and team Grey did a fantastic job!

I contacted The Maids in Plano because the flooring in my home was just redone. They were thorough in cleaning every surface and I am delighted with how my home looks. The Aqua team was a pleasure to work with and professional. I highly recommend The Maids!

This was my first experience with a move-out service and the Red Team with Allison, Jeanne, and Irene were PHENOMENAL! They were kind, hard working, thorough, on time, and worked wonders!! I even needed help with my porch getting cleaned off and they did a wonderful job!! I definitely will use them again for other services as well!

I am very happy with the service I receive from the Maids in Plano. They are always very accommodating when I request schedule changes and extra cleaning areas. I also appreciate the notification I get when the team is on the way to my house. The cleaning I get from the teams are always very good (In all the years I've been using them, I only felt that my home needed just a little more attention one time. They sent another team out the next day at no charge). I want to give a special shout out to the Blue team for a fantastic job last week...I could not be happier with how clean my house was, thank you.

I’m not sure where to start. Communication on pricing, arrival time and estimated job time was excellent. The team who cleaned my house were amazing….they also communicated exceptionally well regarding the service and went well above and beyond. Professionalism and customer service second to none. Brown Team - moved into a town home and wanted it cleaned prior and it was very last minute and they came over the next day and did a very great job and I was super happy with the service. Easy & lots of communication & professional

We had 3 wonderful ladies come in and do a move in cleaning. They were so kind and friendly. They did the most amazing job. It definitely helped make things so much nicer and easier to move in. I cannot recommend them enough! We already have them scheduled to do a move out cleaning at our other location.

i got the pleasure to welcome to my home the Orange team lead by Lillie. The ladies did an amazing job taking care of all the rooms in the house and leaving everything pristine.

The Maids rescued me from an unhappy situation. I was expecting to confirm with another service, when they dropped the.assignment. The Maids came on Saturday to thoroughly clean my home intime for a return to the landlord. They were on time, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend The Maids of Collin County!!

Rocio and her Grey team were on time, very thorough and worked within the estimated time I was quoted. All 3 of them were very friendly! They cleaned with care and my house is spotless- I highly recommend them and will request them again the next time I schedule a cleaning. Thank you so much! ☺️
