The Maids (Plano) were fantastic! I spoke to Angela a couple of times .. and she answered all my queries! Very professional and a pleasure to work with. We got a move in cleaning done after renovating. They were detail oriented, patient and thorough. Went over and checked everything again. We have been using The Maids Plano for several months now. The staff are always friendly and thorough. They do a nice job for us and we look forward to having them back regularly. Team Grey (leader today is Gloria).

They charged us $850 & claim they were here for 4.5 hours, so I was surprised that they hadn’t cleaned the toilets, the ceiling fan blades, or dusted all the furniture. Since they were less than thorough in their work, I can’t recommend them and will not use them again.

The Maids (Purple Team) led by Lillie cleaned yesterday and did an amazing job. Amazing how each team member took a room and cleaned it from top to bottom. I also want to thank Angela for all the help she gives in scheduling.

On March 14, 2025, Fatima and the Aqua team did extra things like clean out the coffeepot, and put on the brand new bedsheets I had out but someday was going to put on. Looked neat and professionaI, like a hotel. I was delighted when I came home!
