Highly recommend using Classic Heating & Air as a company for proper maintenance and repairs. The service tech I called over the phone (Camden), walked me through my problem and helped me fix it in a timely manner. Saved him a trip out here and also saved us from having to pay anything. This company is not all about money, but for their 5 star service in person and over the phone. Moving forward, I will highly recommend this company and tech to my family and friends!

My original Goodman unit is on its last legs. Daniel Turner came out to look at the dying dinosaur and was actually early. Helped me get this task done and out of the way.
He agreed that it may be time to replace the unit and we discussed different options and financing.
He was very thorough and up front about the work he would do. I appreciated his honesty and his effort to get me the best price.
My other unit is also from Classic Heat and Air so I know they do quality work.
Highly recommend that you give them a call when your system is acting up or if you want them to regularly check your system every Fall and Spring

Garrett provided exceptional service when he came out the same day to fix our air conditioning. He was not only friendly but also very thorough and professional. He quickly identified the problem and efficiently fixed it. We’re extremely satisfied with his work and highly recommend him!

Had my system crap out on me just as it was getting warmer. Classic Heating and Air delivered with a same day appointment. Our technician Garrett called ahead, diagnosed the problem, took me through what was needed as well as the cost up front. He was extremely professional and courteous.

I’ve been with classic ac for years. Honest and family run. Then merged with another so they are still good and their techs are very nice, just not always same tech like at classic.

Donald was super thorough and informative, he took time to make sure I fully understood the diagnostics and problem as well as gave me several options to choose from. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Classic H&A. Our technician Camden was wonderful. He explained the issue in detail to my wife and provided great communication through the repair process. Work areas were left clean. Would definitely do business with them again!

Giving 5 stars specifically for Donnie!! There was a lag on the office end trying to get us scheduled but it wasn't a massive deal. Our office's unit was low on Freon and needed new filters. Donnie got up on the roof and went to work. He got us our precious cool air after suffering in an 80 degree office for 2 weeks (first world problems I know). He even risked his safety for a brief moment when a storm started rolling in. Thank you Donnie for your hard work!!! We appreciate you 🩷

A very nice and mannerly young man. It was rechecked today and was as standard procedure and passed. Very professional and we are pleased.

Classic Heating and Air Co. is 5 stars! Wow! I'm seriously blown away by their professionalism! I know everyone has heard the term that you just can't find good help these days right? Wrong, these guys are top notch, top of the line! From the moment they stepped foot in my house wearing booties (shoe protection) clean cut, very knowledgeable, very clear on maintenance, and how to program the thermostat, etc. I had them do an attic conversion from wall to attic, and I am so impressed with their work. Like I said I'm just blown away by it seriously I am!! They even sent me a gourmet box of chocolates as a thank you for hiring them! I wish I would have saved that card that came with it because those chocolates were to die for lol... I will always hire them and recommend this company for future projects and to all my friends here in Frisco, McKinney, and Allen TX.. Keep up the outstanding work guys!! This is coming from the pickiest person on earth!!

Camden responded timely. ABC has maintained 4 systems bi-annually however less than three weeks ago - the main system had a clogged drain and it obviously was not properly cleared by the technician. Therefore, the negligence cost us another service call and additional work. We are giving a 5 ⭐️ for Camden, as he quickly assessed the problem and did exactly what was required. We appreciate his honesty and good service.

The service from the technicians as well as the office is why I continue to use this business over competitors for the past few years. The Technician who came out today by the name of Garrett Rains was easy to talk to, personal, professional and honest. The honesty from him was and is very much appreciated as HVAC systems are a very large investment. I look forward to getting my system replaced as I know the craftsmanship, due diligence and hard work will be set to the highest standards. Thank you again for giving us the cool air we desire in this aggressive Texas heat.
Another fantastic technician came in today to assist with our new unit and he did wonderful. Camden Allen was professional and relatable made the encounter very easy going.
Had our unit repaired, it needed a coil replaced and they came in and made sure that it was fixed and in working order. David was kind and pleasant. Malachi assisted David with the job. He was personable and again did great work.
Garrett came out to a service call and resolved our issue with our system. He also reset parts of the motherboard to ensure that our dual zone system was as energy efficient as possible. Always a fantastic technician, kind and courteous.

I’ve been a customer with this company for more than 20 years and the service has always been great. Donny Rains is a standout among many wonderful service people there. He goes above and beyond expectations and takes the time to discuss the detail. What a wonderful ambassador to insure long term repeat customers and word of mouth to grow…..

We have been using Classic for 14 years and are thrilled with them. We have purchased 2 systems from them. (Two different older homes) and they have been fair and easy to work with. We just had Eduardo out to do our six months maintenance. He was professional and courteous as usual. Highly recommend this company!

We had to get a brand new HVAC system last week and Camden and the whole crew made it as painless as possible. We were glad to go with a company that we already had great experiences with for such a big project.
We just can’t say enough good things about the Camden and the installation guys.

Classic saves the day!
A power outage killed the capacitor in our old unit. Malachi was here in an hour and gone an hour later having fixed the problem. Since moving into this house ten years ago, Classic has solved numerous HVAC problems. They have always gone the extra mile, been polite and professional, and charged a fair price for their work.

Garrett was SO helpful and was able to do in two days what A#1 Air could NOT do in 3 weeks. Great job - thanks Garrett!!

Cesar Lopez and his helper came out on Wednesday and cleaned my air ducts in my house. They did a thorough job and let my house nice and clean. They explained what they were going to do and got it done. Very professional!

The original owner of the company (who we've done business with for 20+ years) came out and fixed the problem on our new HVAC system that had been installed over the weekend. I was very happy to see that's who was sent to get us all taken care of. All good now. Thank you Donny Rains!
