Complete new system installed yesterday and does not work. Indoor and outdoor unit are not functioning. No air is blowing at all.
I have called 3 times to have this resolved and no one has called me back. They keep saying dispatch will reach out.
Terrible service response. No call back. No ETA. No communication.

Highly recommend using Classic Heating & Air as a company for proper maintenance and repairs. The service tech I called over the phone (Camden), walked me through my problem and helped me fix it in a timely manner. Saved him a trip out here and also saved us from having to pay anything. This company is not all about money, but for their 5 star service in person and over the phone. Moving forward, I will highly recommend this company and tech to my family and friends!

My original Goodman unit is on its last legs. Daniel Turner came out to look at the dying dinosaur and was actually early. Helped me get this task done and out of the way.
He agreed that it may be time to replace the unit and we discussed different options and financing.
He was very thorough and up front about the work he would do. I appreciated his honesty and his effort to get me the best price.
My other unit is also from Classic Heat and Air so I know they do quality work.
Highly recommend that you give them a call when your system is acting up or if you want them to regularly check your system every Fall and Spring
