Called them on a Tuesday afternoon and they were at my house by Wednesday afternoon. Quickly diagnose the problem made the repair and the entire experience was. A good one.

Clayton and his team were great. We had a 20 year old system go out and they were able to get a new system installed the next day in the middle of summer. Fair on price and great service. Highly recommend.

Recently had a AC unit go out and Cornerstone had it handled from diagnostic to new unit installed in 24 hours after a failed attempt from a previous provider. Experience, Expertise and handling your business matters. Dak and his team crushed this project and provided great value on the new unit as well..

I highly recommend Cornerstone Air. We had an issue with our ac not working properly. They had it diagnosed and repaired quickly. Great communication throughout the process.

Cornerstone air is great company they were recommended to me when my previous a/c company that I had been with for a decade could not trouble shoot my ac problem they caused. I paid cornerstones service fee and he gave me some options and one was to replace my defrost board my self since i need to save money for a whole system. I took his advice and now my ac works again. In the fall when we have the money saved for a new unit they will definitely be my new AC company going forward.

Clayton and the team at Cornerstone Air did a tremendous job for us when one of our old AC units froze up and was leaking. Clayton came out the same day and assessed the situation.

Although the news wasn't great, and we were going to need a new unit, he took the time to explain and provide options and recommendations. He also checked on our second unit and determined that it was working well. While on-site, he called his supplier and verified the pricing/availability, and we scheduled an appointment for installation.

Clayton kept us up to date with the status and had his team out for installation exactly as scheduled. As it had been raining earlier, they were courteous to keep all work areas clean and used a hand truck when they were replacing the outdoor unit so as to not leave ruts in the yard.

I highly recommend Cornerstone Air as a company you can trust to be honest, fair, and do excellent work.

We had such a great experience with Cornerstone Air today! We had the opportunity to meet Dak Jones, the founder. He was very friendly, professional, on time and thorough. We also admired the fact that he was very honest with us. We are in the process of selling our home in Frisco and we just wanted to have a peace of mind that everything was operating properly and Dak definitely put our minds at ease! AC wasn’t cooling, so we called and Clayton arrived within a couple of hours—on a Friday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Clayton originally installed our system, and it was reassuring to see both him and Dak still supporting it. They’re friendly, professional, and clearly know their stuff. In a market where trustworthy HVAC techs are rare, Dak and Clayton are the gold standard!! Cornerstone Air is my go to for all things HVAC. Highest recommendations!!

Clayton at Cornerstone did a wonderful job getting my air conditioning units clean, and up and running again. He was honest, and let me know that my main problem was the setting on the “smart thermostat” ecobee was not correct. He also did an excellent job explaining to me everything I needed to know about my 2 units, and their current working condition. In today’s world where big contractor companies dominate the market, it’s hard to find people that you can reliably trust to get quality work and honest work prices. I give this company my highest recommendation. I would suggest you give them a try.

Out of the 5 quotes I got their, pricing was very fair, and the quality of work was excellent. It’s always nice to support a local business that truly values great customer service. Clayton and his team were fantastic. Clayton took the time to thoughtfully listen to my questions and concerns, explain my options, and didn’t try to hard sell me on anything. On a day approaching 100 degrees, Clayton found a way to shuffle his calendar and replace my AC unit that same day. Clayton personally oversaw the work and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with everything before he left. And now I have a five year warranty on all labor, compared to the last place I used that gave me a 1-year warranty and then didn’t honor it.

We called Cornerstone on a Friday morning for a system check (22 year old units so we knew it was probably time to replace) and Clayton showed up within 2 hours. Clayton offered options for repairing the unit or replacing both of our units with estimates on both options. We opted for the replacement option, which they completed the next day at a fair price. We would recommend Cornerstone Air to our friends and family.

Dak Jones is an amazing air tech. He looked at our problem identified the issue and quickly fixed our drain problem on our unit. He was very conscious about the mess and cleaned everything up he could. He was very polite and courteous.There are not many companies that have employees like this in service. I definitely recommend Cornerstone Air and will be using them again.
