I shopped around and Dallas Air Pros offered a great deal. Jack’s been great to work with. He replaced my system and stands by his work. Just a good guy…. highly recommended.

Great service and done professionally with quality. They responded promptly and had my two AC units replaced the next day. All the areas were left very clean you cannot tell. I recommend Dallas Air Pros to anyone who cares about quality work, professionalism and good service.

Jack and his team bring a great combination of customer service and competitive pricing. Unless you believe that him showing up personally at my house with 30 minutes of my text is not great customer service. I will recommend Dallas Air Pros at every opportunity.

If you are looking for quality, great pricing, and someone you can trust then look no further. They came out at 7PM and by 6 PM the next evening we had our house cooling better than ever. Workmanship is impeccable!!! Throughout the day Jack himself either came by or called to check on the installation. That evening after the installers left Jack came by to inspect the install, go over the ins and outs of the thermostat, and see if we had any questions. Normally after the install is complete and write the check you don't hear from the company unless you call them. Again Jack called or text to follow-up after a few days. Then a few days later a person called to talk about the warranty and once again checking if everything was good. I've run and continue to run Global Services organizations for high tech companies so the customer service is something I highly scrutinize. With all the following up Jack and team do is a very good indicator they value the service they offer, passionate about customer satisfaction, and stand behind the quality of their work. Prices are great but the service is exceptional. Jack thank you for the great service and for serving our great nation.

We couldn’t have been happier with Dallas Air Pros. They were professional and very careful in our home while working and cleaned everything up as they left. From the first initial conversation when I called Dallas Air Pros, I asked to speak with someone that handles new accounts. I was transferred to Jim to discuss what our company was looking for. We had an immediate HVAC issue that needed to be handled that our previous HVAC company just wasn't getting it done. He jumped right on it and scheduled his crew. Then gave us a quote we couldn't refuse. We were also looking for an HVAC company to take over our DFW area Medical Centers. We needed a company that would service with integrity. After discussing cost, terms and he came with another offer we couldn't refuse once again. Jack has come out to do an estimate for me on a unit that needs replacing soon and come out for repairs on another unit. Both times he answered the phone quickly, came out the same day, and followed up repeatedly to make sure the work was done right or we didn't have any more questions/concerns. Customer service and professionalism are impeccable. His prices are great, and he stands behind his work. He will work very hard to earn and keep your business.

Dallas Air Pros has become my go-to for all HVAC needs. I’ve used them 3 times to replace old systems and they’ve continued to be professional, courteous, and responsive anytime I need them. When I needed custom air solution in my new home, Jack, Jim & Co. helped me think outside the box and designed a more efficient solution that’s allowed me to save a lot of money on my energy bill. Unlike other local HVAC companies, they don’t gouge on on prices, their service is excellent, and their work is top notch. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in DFW over these guys for any HVAC needs!

If you are needing a new HVAC system in your home like I did you are probably stressed out as I was trying to find an honest company to do a good job at a fair price so let me make it easy for you, call Jack with Dallas Air Pros & you will not be disappointed. Jack came out and gave me a quote on a new system that was about $1000 less than A#1 Air, Baker Brothers & Reliant Air Conditioning (I actually had 8 companies come out and give me quotes, what an aggravating high pressure experience that was!). As always when you get a great price you wonder if it's too good to be true so I checked out online reviews, the BBB and other sites extensively as you are doing now and was pleased with the reputation of the company so I pulled the trigger on the the purchase. Andrew and his crew showed up and had my old 18 year old non working system out and my new system in and working perfectly in about 4-5 hours. After the install they left everything as clean as they found it. It's been several weeks since the job was done and my family and I are nice & comfortable in our home again with no issues. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you Dallas Air Pros for taking care of me!

Our ac went out on the weekend as it normally does. We tried calling a few places and either they were closed, didn’t call back, or were already booked. Jack called me back and was super nice about getting out to our house. He had his office call us to discuss details. Another company got their wires crossed and sent someone out sooner so we decided to get their opinion and use Dallas Air Pros as a backup. Luckily the first company was able to fix our problem as it was fairly simple. I do appreciate this company’s professionalism and availability. Although they didn’t get my business today they earned it in the future.

I had to replace my 20+ year old AC compressor, and coils. I received no less than a dozen estimates and not only did Dallas Air Pros provide the best price, they provided a quick install and a better warranty with the AC unit, and their labor.
Would definitely recommend them, and they will be my Go To company moving forward.

Allen with Dallas Air Pros is absolutely THE BEST HVAC professional I have had the opportunity to have his assistance. He was thorough, thoughtful, kind, professional and knows the business very well. We rented a new place and as soon as we needed to turn the heat on it was a nightmare. That included suddenly having $400 electric bills and a cold home only 10 degrees above the outside. When Allen arrived for intial check, he examined everything and explained all of the things that cumulatively were causing all the issues!
When he returned he faced obstacles due to more things the previous owners had done, there was no way to get the new unit into the back! He literally went to the neighbors that we didn't know and they allowed him access through their property to get the unit in. Way beyond what others would do!
Our management company contracts with this company and we are very grateful and impressed. We are even more impressed and grateful for Allen! He is a consumant professional while also being compassionate to thr customer needs. He finds the Win Win solution and Dallas Air Pros should be grateful to have him. He is an absolutely asset!

This past weekend, Saturday evening we had a power surge and when the power was restored our older unit downstairs wouldn’t come on, so no A/C in the downstairs of our home. Sunday morning early, now this is Father’s Day Morning, I called Jack and he had one of his A/C techs knocking on my door 1 hour after i called him. I opened the door and a young man introduced himself to me as Josiah with Dallas Air Pros. I’m telling you this man went right to work on our system and within 30 minutes we were up and running. The team that Jack Wright sent to my home to install my new furnace was fantastic. They were Very Professional and put down cloths to protect my carpet from getting dirty on a rainy day. They hauled off all their boxes and installation materials so we wouldn't have to do it, and left my attic clean too. We are very pleased with their work ethic and professionalism. I highly recommend Dallas Air Pros. This is the second job they have done for me. The ac installation was the first. Each time, Jack is the lead and he is a man of his word. We had a great experience with Dallas Air Pros. Our A\C went out and they gave us a very fair price that was the lowest of our comparing shopping. They were fast and professional.
