We have used them for our last 3 homes. They have an amazing preventive maintenance service we use and then they did an inspection on the AC units on our new home before we moved in which was super helpful. They targeted key repairs we needed, which helped us tremendously. They made great suggestions on which AC units to replace with when they needed replacement. They are the only AC company we trust and we know there is a lot of them in DFW. They will take great care of you!

Jim and his crew were fantastic! As soon as I called they accommodated my schedule and had someone out to help me. Very professional and had me up and running in no time. I seriously didn’t have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!

Dreadful.

I left a positive review (after being prompted for one) a week ago and regret it. We’re on Day 5 of a repair of a new system from last October. They’re never on time and rarely arrive within their 3 hour window. Still no results. I complained to the repair tech. He walked out and slammed the door. They’re asking, “What do you want us to do about it?”

Fix it!!!

We had a tech come out on a Friday. He stayed all day to tell us that he felt there was a clog and that he had to come back Saturday with a helper because it required a second person to assist. Came back Saturday when he arrived it took the other technician 5 minutes to tell us a part needed to be replaced and they wouldn’t be able to repair it until Tuesday due to the holiday weekend. By noon on Tuesday no one had notified us of anything. My husband called and they said they weren’t scheduled to come out and that they would send an invoice. Invoice wasn’t sent for another 30 minutes after we called. The AC unit is fairly new and under warranty but the cost to fix it was almost $3k in labor fees and freon. The cost was absolutely ridiculous!
By this time we have had no air for 6 days. At this point we got a second opinion.
The issue wasn’t anything they said and the person was able to repair it for $500. All that needed to be done was a setting on our thermostat that we replaced. Very unsatisfied with Dallas Air Pro! They would have charged us $3k and the problem wouldn’t have been solved! I WONT be using them again!
