Since the pan flat installed horizontally leveled, the safety feature kicks in when the water accumulated. Robert fixed it after carefully examined and found issue. Thanks!

Dallas Plumbing sent out one of their experienced & professional Plumbers: " Mike Wheeler". Mr. Wheeler checked the bathroom, Bedroom, Hall Way inside the House. Outside he checked Hose, Walkway and showed me out front by the MailBox ; The Water Meter. The Meter showed no Water Leaking. The Problem with the Water in the House was diagnosed from the Roof. The Water was running down the Wall between the BedRoom & Bathroom into the Hall, Bedroom & BathRoom. If I have anymore Water in the House ; I will call a Roofer.
Thanks to Mr. Wheeler, no Holes where knock out of the Walls in the House. He is a True Professional.

They were great. It was a follow up call to previous job. Perfectly good explanation of what happened and how it could. Their RotoVac had blasted the ducts from both ends so dust and lint were gone. Dryer kept pointing to a clogged vent. Turns out there was a really old bird’s nest in the duct — too big for the Rotovac to “swallow” so it had just pushed it to the end of the vent where it had to be manually removed, piece by piece. The technicians were observant, focused on problem-solving, and with not a word of complaint about any of that. I really like these guys!

Preston was an excellent worker. He explained about the upkeep of my air conditioner to me. I appreciated his help with the maintenance.

Called first thing this morning and they scheduled me for an appointment at 1:00pm. 30 minutes later they called and said they had an opening and asked if they could send someone out. . Michael showed up and was friendly, professional, and very informative. I’d highly recommend him in the future.

This is not my first experience with service from the Air Pros team. I maintain a twice annual maintenance contract with them to ensure that my equipment is kept in tip-top condition & that any little problems are caught & corrected before they become big headaches. Such was the case today. My service tech, Krangcha Alley, caught a problem with the air flow in my ducts, which haven't been cleaned in a long time. He also caught a problem with lower than recommended voltage on a capacitor in the AC condenser unit. It was still in working range but might well have failed on the hottest day of our upcoming summer. We discussed the options for the upkeep & repairs that he recommended & I now have this service scheduled for later this week. His knowledge & ability to find these problems likely has saved me money, discomfort & aggravation in the long run because getting it all fixed now will prevent a system failure during a hot, Texas summer. I depend on Air Pros because I have come to learn that I can trust them & that they will always treat me fairly & with respect.
