Had a new heating and air conditioning system installed 2 years ago by Air Pros, great pricing. They’ve done the summer tune-up and just recently had them put more insulation in attic. I trust this company and there technicians.

So very happy with Air Pros! I called them at 2 pm, Weah arrived at 4:30 pm and my AC was back on by 6:30 pm. He even helped re-tape the insulation around the duct work. He was very thorough and I would highly recommend them!

I have an annual contract. I’m pleased with their service. Inexpensive way to keep everything in good condition.

They were all very informative and thorough. Job well done! Weah, Alan, and Andrew all came out on different days initial service call, estimate for new units, and lastly installation of new units. The work was done in a timely manner, they were all very polite, professional, informative, and just awesome! I won't use anyone else for my hvac needs!

I had an issue on a Saturday night that was not taken care of by a previous AC company. I called AirPros on Sunday and the lady on the phone was so nice. She squeezed me in first thing Monday morning. Come Monday morning, Sean called me (and I got a text) when he was on his way. Once he got here, he was so nice and understanding. It was such a relief. He took a look at my unit and provided me with options on how I could proceed. We talked about them and never once did I feel pressured to go with the more expensive options. We settled on replacing my evaporator coil and outside unit. Andrew and his partner Jose were out the very next day and had the job done in about 4-5 hours. Andrew was the nicest guy, and his partner Jose was also so nice as well. When they were done they made sure everything was working and cooling properly, and they swept up the garage. I did have an issue with payment. They couldn’t get my credit card to go through using their tablet, so they had to call the office. The lady on the phone accidentally ran my card for more than she needed to. I paid 50% on Monday for the job and they were only supposed to collect the other 50% on Tuesday when they finished. On Tuesday they lady in the office accidentally ran my card for 100% of the cost. I called once I found out and a manager called me back and told me they were on top of the issue and were so sorry that happened (good thing I used a credit card). They are in the process of refunding my card. That’s the only hiccup I have had, but it is getting taken care of. So I would just say to double check the cost that they are running your card for if they have to call it in. Other than that, great experience. I would recommend these guys!

Matthew was pleasant and enthusiastic. He clearly explained actions needed, possible future results, costs. Made sure I understood and agreed before he continued. Presented options for future needs, but NO pressure tactics. Offered a service plan which will save money on planned updates.

Recently had a water heater go out. I called Dallas Plumbing and they had someone out to check it within 2 hours and replaced it the same day. The guys took away the old one and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

Received a maintenance check up on my two Air handling units by Giovanni. He was very courteous, thorough, and explained everything in detail. Love the service!

It has been easy to schedule an appointment even on short notice, and the work has been above expectation every time. I always dread when something needs to be done around the house as things run amuck within short order and I am completely naive thinking everyone's word is their bond. Our water heater breathed its last and after some research I scheduled Dallas Plumbing to come out. The coat for replacement seemed very high but the reviews were very good so we decided to go ahead. And then the project began going sideways for some very unforeseen reason and I started to worry. And Dallas Plumbing came through 180%. The follow up and additional work necessary was totally handled under the original verbal understanding. I was absolutely amazed and relieved. If you know nothing about plumbing, you want this company. If you know everything about plumbing, you want this company. It may be a big company but the customer service and care and integrity is absolutely small town and personable. The last of the work agreement was completed by Cameron Owen and David Mullen. They put in a gas line to the kitchen, and again unforeseen problems. They carefully went about things in a way that demonstrated expertise and creativity, and everything was finished in remarkable time. I am very thankful we decided to go with this company.

I want to share our positive experience with Dallas Plumbing. The team, consisting of Walter, Chase, and Aaron, took the time to educate us about a problematic installation we had from another company. They provided valuable information and worked with us to develop a strategic plan for resolving the issues. Their diligent efforts were commendable, and we are grateful to everyone involved.

I, previously, had a service completed by Air Pros on 4/5/2021, but they had to return because my unit didn't work after they left on 4/5/2021. Shawn, service manager came out and checked my unit anew. $7,250 later....I ended up getting a new unit. He was here from 10a - 1:31p trying to get things organized with financing. I felt some pressure to get option 1 versus option 2, mainly because I try and discern the level of honesty with service companies. But, they really tried to appease me since my initial experience with them wasn't all that great. I appreciate them for that.

I am disappointed and a bit bewildered. The energy and vigor that the salesman (Shawn) exhibited in getting me to buy with Air Pros isn't the same when my unit stopped working today, after only 4 3/4 months, of installation. My family and I are sitting here with a temperature of 89° inside and 102° outside!!!! R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S!!!!!! I DO NOT FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER. I guess value depreciates IMMEDIATELY after sale?!?! 🤔😏😳

9/6/2021 Going into day 3. No AC. No call. No text. No email still from a tech noting ETA. 6 different receptionists indicate that they can't contact a tech directly to check on ETA. Funny...when in the sales process, they could 🤔🤔🤔. Post sales and installation, they only take the calls (messages) and give to a dispatcher. 92° inside all day yesterday. Sent family to a friend's. I stayed....JUST IN CASE...a repair tech MIGHT contact me with their ETA...alas....NADA

I didn't want to be too hasty in writing this review. I wanted to wait until after a few days...I am prepared to share my experience. It took a week for Alan (AirPros) to troubleshoot and finally figure out what was going on with my brand new unit. Mannnnnnnnnnnn, was I getting frustrated!! I am sure both Mr. Martinez and Mr. Ross were flustered as well. It was very hot for myself and my family, especially the children were suffering. Texas heat's no joke, but God blessed us with a few cool breezes, fresh rain, and cool evenings. During the day was the worse though.

Over the 8 days, I have witnessed Mr. Jose Martinez's and Mr. Alan Ross' due diligence and I DO APPRECIATE THEIR EFFORTS from 10/08/2021-10/15/2021. The unit was finally running fine on 10/25/2021. I pray it continues to do so moving forward. Thanks, fellows!! To be continued....

Requested for a quote of A/C. Found them to be one of the most honest to do business with, Tech came in to provide quote that are 200% over other AC installers. He candidly said our prices are high because we are a big company. Recommended me to go with the other installer quote. Guess, i should be happy?
