Tony is the technician from Devard’s; very professional and polite. I have always experienced good service from Devard’s. I appreciate them keeping me updated through texts.

Tony was on time, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and helped me understand what needed to be fixed. Our ac unit went out at 9 last night, I had an appointment by 11, and everything was fixed 12 hours later!

We absolutely adore Brandon. He is a fabulous worker, so efficient and such a very sweet guy. We are fortunate to have Devard’s as we have had for so many years!!!

Today was Fall furnace service. Brandon is my go-to tech for these bi-annual service visits. He’s smart, well trained, experienced and an all around good guy. Very pleasant to have in my home and see a couple times a year. He comes with a smile that never stops throughout. Always has good advise and tips. Offers me anything from Devards that he thinks I might like/need in the house, but is never pushy about it.

I recommend the yearly service package, it saves me having to remember to call them for Spring and Fall servicing.

I have been using Devards for MANY years now and highly recommend them. Quality work, great people and great customer service. One time I thought I could do better using a friends company when they started doing service contracts, but ended up calling Devards to fix their mistakes. I won’t go anywhere else.

Brandon showed up in the expected time slot. He's very nice and easy to work with. Most importantly, he knows what he's doing. He's very patient in answering my questions and concerns. Not only that, I felt like that I can trust him for the plans/options that he laid out for me. I have not used Devard's A/C services for quite some time due to vague bad experiences in the past. But, for sure, Devard's will be on my list in the future when I need it.

Called to get a quote of replacing a water spigot. Found out on the phone with the plumber that all I needed was a repair kit from local hardware store. Great service and saved me a lot of money.

Carlos and Juan just left after finishing the installation of my new Trane heating and AC unit in just 6 and a half hours! It works great and these guys get a 5 PLUS rating in my book! Carl is an outstanding and trustworthy plumber. He arrives on-time, works safely, performs the work to completion and leaves a clean project area when he is done. I will definitely call Devards for Carl to work on my plumbing when future needs arise

My air conditioner stopped working, so I called Devards To have someone come out. They came out the very next day and sent a technician named Tony. He was very polite, great customer service, professional, and fixed the problem and the bill was minimal. I always receive good service and good results with Devards.

Brandon came to our home to repair our furnace on a Friday night! He was pleasant, kind, and fast. So nice to have consistent service from Devard especially as the temperatures change!

Devard's is wonderful ! I woke up to find out I had no heat. They sent out a technician, Tony Thomas. He was able to diagnose the problem but since the unit was 28 years old, he said I needed a new unit pronto. He worked the problem with his manager, Carlos, until that evening, so I had some heat. They worked me up a proposal and will be out to install the new unit next week. Thank you, Devard's. You cannot go wrong. In April I called because the blower on my unit seemed very noisy to me. The next day Tony arrived at the door. He agreed. He went about trouble shooting the problem and came to the conclusion that it was the intake vent. He reduced the suction which decreased the noise significantly. Since the heating unit was under warranty, there was no charge. Thanks, again.

I had a leak in the water shut off in my upstairs bathroom and needed the knobs replaced as well as the Water valves under my sink. Carlos from Devards was on time, quick and thoroughly explained and answered any questions I had. I have used Devards in the past numerous times and have always had great service and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend them for any air conditioning, heating or plumbing issues.

We had the best plumbing experience with this company today. Our technician, Brandon, is a RockStar! Arrived on time. Professional. Knowledgeable. Identified the problem quickly and gave options. The option we chose was complicated and took 2.5 hours to complete. What we appreciated the most was his professional knowledge, his positive congenial attitude and his willingness to stay until completion of the job without charging overtime fees or rescheduling. We have worked with Devard’s for well over 15 years. 14 years ago our AC unit died for good in August. Well on Monday it was time to replace, again in August, 14 years later. They did a great job getting back in running order in about 48 hours. Impressive considering needing to schedule a crane for our commercial space. Thank you.

We have been using Devards for several years and love their service. They are reasonably priced, very responsive, and have always done great work. They just replaced a complete HVAC system yesterday and did it start to finish in about six hours. I highly recommend.
