I filled out an online appointment request form from Devards website regarding our plumbing issue. Shortly thereafter I received a call to schedule a time. By that afternoon our problem had been resolved timely and efficiently. Our knowledgeable technician, Carlos, kept us apprised of what he was doing. I have used Devards for almost 50 years and found them to be prompt and reasonably priced.

Scheduled plumbing appointment for two hour window on the following afternoon. Devard’s called day of to see if Carl could actually come out 45 minutes early! Carl arrived, quickly resolved water heater issue, and also noticed problem with shower head not flowing properly which he also quickly fixed. Excellent service done in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. My Dad recommended Devard’s and Carl to me and I’ll do the same if anyone has a plumbing problem. Thank you Carl and Devard’s!

We switched AC companies and decided to try Devard's. We had a pre summer tune up and were very pleased with our technician, Brandon. He found a few issues and worked diligently to solve them. Our system is now running much better. I plan on using Devard's for our future needs.

We recently had Devards replace our two aging HVAC systems are very pleased with the result. The job included significant re-routing of our ductwork to achieve an improved zoning setup, and they got it all professionally completed in two days. Carlos and his team were outstanding and worked tirelessly to get it all done on time and on budget – a pleasure to work with them. Would definitely recommend.

Devard’s electrical and plumbing are first class. From Denise who works the office to Carlos and Tony who have been regulars at my home for electrical and plumbing services, they are all very professional and knowledgeable about their craft. They are able to switch from finding an electrical issue such as a short or problem with a line to installing a steam shower device in my bathroom to replacing an AC/Heater in my home all quickly and to my satisfaction. I also use them for regular service on my home A/C and heating and they are alway on time and thorough. I highly recommend Devards.

Brandon was at my home today for regular maintenance of my systems. This is about the third time I have worked with Brandon. I have to say I really like this guy. He is professional, explains what he is going to do, tells me about what he finds and is just an overall great guy. Devards is a great company all the way from Denise to Carlos, to Brandon and the multitudes of issues they have assisted me with including regular maintenance, a new AC system install, replacing my steam shower unit, and repairing electrical issues I was having. Very much recommended.

Brandon Miranda was as helpful as always. He explains everything to me, and is very polite and professional. I trust my AC to Brandon and Devard's and would suggest!!

Excellent service, as usual. Removed and replaced kitchen faucet & supply lines. Fixed bathroom water supply line inside the toilet tank. Replaced original doorbell transformer in attic that was too old for new Ring doorbell.
