I’m a technician that installs and services Ecoer equipment. Anytime I have an issue tech-support is always fast to answer. (always under five minutes) I always ask for Leo gin He’s a well informed and trained. Look forward to working with him more in the future, keep up the great work.

Big thanks out to Leo with Ecoer tech support. My 3rd or so call with him over ~1 year (different system) that again exceeded expectations in his ability & knowledge to identify causes & resolve issues. Info sharing via text or email with manual instructions or photos with circled board locations really helps call time efficiency especially when sweltering hot or bitter cold. Wish all inverter type systems' tech support was like "the Leo experience". Little humor the fact the Brave browser's AI is called "Ask Leo".

Leo w ecoer tech support just hit a grand slam for me. He went over beyond and above my expectations. Most importantly. It's very uncommon to find anyone these days patient enough to take time informing AND educating. Because of Leo I now know everything I need to ask my contractor and everything that needs to be looked at. Thank you very much leo!

Leo was the man! He helped the HVAC technician troubleshoot the issue, order replacement parts, and guided me through ensuring everything was back up to manufacturer's spec. He even took the time to teach me and answered my questions as a homeowner! Great customer service. Quick response time. Timely parts shipping. Simplistic and efficient HVAC system.

Best system ever with above expectation support. Leo has gone above and beyond any other company support representative I have dealt with. It is really nice to see, for a change that a company will actually have extremely knowledgeable representatives talking to field engineers and technicians with any installation issues or questions. I can honestly say when it comes to heat pumps, Ecoer sets the gold standard.

Realized I had two bad thermostats then the circuit board. Due to his quick help the board was located on island and the thermostats allowing the technician to restore my heat by the end of the day. His knowledge, patience and skill sets
are fabulous and should be rewarded! I’m forever an Ecoer fan because of Mauricio! Thank you for saving our Christmas!!!

After three days of trying to reach you by phone and email, I have received no response from you.

If I could give this company and their heat pump systems a “0” rating I would. I had an Ecoer heat pump and auxiliary gas furnace installed in August of 2024 and it has been a nightmare! First the heat pump experienced numerous faults and problems in December 2024, requiring hours and hours of service and nearly 6 weeks to ultimately fix. It was so ridiculous that an Ecoer consultant and 6 software people had to spend an entire afternoon in my basement to finally fix it, including installing additional equipment that should have been installed from the start. This year’s drama was the gas furnace which completely failed to work at the start of the heating season and a new control board ultimately being installed because, like everything with this company’s equipment, was junk to begin with. Now I am left paying nearly $1,000 in labor for a warranty FAILURE on an apparently unreliable system. It’s absurd and I would NOT recommend anyone installing Ecoer’s products. The system cost me over $15,000 and the way things are going I could easily spend an equivalent amount over it’s useless (yes, “useless “ not “useful) life. We obviously got a lemon or the products are just junk. Take your pick! I will be spreading the word over any platform I can find and will NEVER recommend this company or it’s products to family, friends or neighbors.
