Kleen Air Services

While they did a great job installing our unit a few years ago, they failed us recently. Unit went out around 8pm, called and left our number and a request to call us in the morning with the after hours person. Still have not heard from them, 2 weeks later. I'm sure it was an oversight, but still disappointed.

Thank you so much to the Kleen Air Team! Cody and Michael had my new A/C unit up and running in no time. Their service was prompt and professional. The office staff are all sweet and answered all of my questions.

This is the worst company and are scammers. Signed up this year for their annual maintenance plan. Technician showed and declared that two AC coils were leaking. Quoted a price that was 30% higher than what Trane Authorized dealer installed, in which price they also included drain pan and safety valve. 2 months later one of the AC that was inspected by this company started to have water coming out of accessary drain. Which means they never bothered to clean it. When called again he declared this AC coil to be bad. Now this is the worst. They came in to do maintenance inspection per contract for Furnaces. The tech declared that one of blower is shorted and needed replacing at cost of $ 650. The blower was working just fine before this scum of earth showed up. Called the other company that replaced coil. Their Tech came and said that just the capacitor is shorted. The cost was just $ 148.16 total part and labor. I am certain that it was deliberately shorted. The worst of all he turned off the AC in master bedroom off. So my wife was without AC until my son came and got up in in the attic and was luckily able to turn AC back on. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I do not even want to give them one star. But Google would not let me post without a star.
