I have only good things to say about Penguin Air Cooling & Heating.
When I had both A/C units replaced last year (they were 27 years old!), the technicians immediately (same day) brought in a temporary unit and installed the two new units within the same week.
When a unit didn't heat up during the heating period in January, Penguin sent a mechanic (Hunter) within 48 hours who did everything to my complete satisfaction.
Now in mid-April when we first
had temperatures above 90°, one of the units was losing coolant. Once again, Penguin sent an experienced mechanic (Francisco) who immediately made a temporary repair to ensure that it was pleasantly cool in the house again.
Today Francisco was here again to repair the device with the appropriate spare parts.

Als bei mir letztes Jahr beide A/C units ausgewechselt werden mussten (waren 27 Jahre alt!), brachten die Techniker sofort (noch am gleichen Tag) eine temporäre Einheit und installierten die beiden neuen Geräte innerhalb der selben Woche.
Als während der Heizperiode im Januar eine unit nicht heizte, schickte Penguin innerhalb von 48 Std einen Mechaniker (Hunter) der alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigte.
Jetzt Mitte April als wir erstmals

Erneut schickte Penguin einen erfahrenen Mechaniker (Francisco), der sofort mit einer provisorischen no Reparatur dafür sorgte, dass wir es wieder angenehm kühl im Haus hatten. Heute nun war Francisco erneut da um mit den entsprechenden Ersatzteilen das Gerät zu reparieren.
Bei jedem Kontakt wurde ich freundlich bedient und Penguin informierte mich auch stets wann der Techniker hier sein werde. Diese hielten sich exakt an die Abmachungen. Darum empfehle ich Penguin Air Cooling & Heating für alle ihre A/C Probleme.
