I switched to Plano Landscaping Company just over a year ago for all my lawn maintenance work, and I am delighted with their services. My yard has never looked better. The team is very professional, easy to work with, and the quality of work is outstanding. It is great to work with a company that offers so many options for all your outdoor needs.

We enjoyed working with Chanc and the Plano Landscaping team. Very responsive with lots of good ideas during the design phase, then good execution of the work, a major redesign of our front yard including the replacement of concrete paths and driveway with pavers. They dealt well with minor changes and problems as the work progressed, then with one bigger problem when they accidentally cut the fiber optic cable leading to the house. Probably not the cheapest out there, but worth the money for such a professional service.

We had a wonderful experience with Chanc at Plano Landscaping Company. We had an area that required some creative design and plant knowledge to complete our corner lot. Chanc provide a couple design options and pricing that worked within our budget. The install went very smoothly and we were very happy with the results.

Before choosing a landscape company, make sure they use a CAD program and that the designer actually listens to what you want—not what they want to do.

Before Plano Landscape, we spent over $2,000 with two well-known DFW landscape/nursery companies. One used CAD, the other pencil drawings. Both designs were poorly conceived, didn’t reflect our ideas, and the “design” label was generous at best. In both cases, you paid hefty fees up front—like it or not.

Working with Chanc at Plano Landscape was completely different. We spent several sessions working through ideas, going back and forth, and refining CAD images until we could clearly see—and agree on—what the final product would look like. No guessing. No interpreting vague sketches.

That’s the real value here. In the past, homeowners had to trust words and drawings to imagine a finished yard, and whether that vision matched reality was often a crapshoot. With CAD, you know exactly what you’re getting before anything is dug up.

Once the plan was finalized, execution was straightforward. The crew followed the plan, we made a couple of minor plant tweaks, had one return visit to move a boulder, and the job was completed in three days.

We’ll be using Chanc and his team again to redo our backyard this summer. Plano Landscape did a good job for us, and I’m confident they’ll do the same for others.

Great service and friendly atmosphere..... store employees have good knowledge of most products and return policies are very consumer-friendly . Acknowledgement all active duty military and veterans is world class. From garden to electrical, appliances, hardware and building materials as well as truck rentals they are the best

We came to buy a lawn mower and Greg helped us out with all of our questions. He had wonderful maintenance recommendations and also helped us with weed issues in our yard. He was so helpful and we highly recommend him if you find yourself in the yard or garden area!

The past few visits I've had at this location have been great. So much that it's now my default place to go. Jerry at customer service has helped me a couple of times now. He seems to be the expert behind the desk. And during my last visit Zoe was able to help me get some mulch when they were out of the stuff I wanted. She didn't get some respect from an old guard cashier, but she stuck to it and was my hero that day. Thank you Zoe and Jerry! Hope HD appreciates you as much as I do.

I go to this location all the time and it's always a great experience. Today, I went to pick up several bags of mulch. Immediately upon entry to the store, Mike asked if he could help me load all of the mulch into the cart. Then, he walked me to the checkout desk and then loaded everything into my car for me. Such awesome customer service, it's always a quick trip, and they always have everything in stock that I need for a great price.
