If you are looking to build a pool, deck and have paradise in your backyard, call Zach Jones with Pinnacle pools. We have never had a pool. Zach listened to our wants, helped us select materials, visit our backyard numerous times to make sure pool was in our desired locations, made changes and most importantly, stayed within our budget with options and suggestions.
Zach has become a friend. He checked on the pool construction numerous times per week, always available , responsive and so helpful.
In an industry plagued by unscrupulous individuals, it’s fantastic to find someone so reliable, involved and dedicated to customer satisfaction.

This company makes the entire experience easy and simple for you. They guide you through the entire process and are clear in explaining each step. They are a family company, which makes them very honest and transparent in their business. Mason is the best! He designed our pool and went above and beyond our expectations, helping us get the most for our budget.

I really appreciate how Mason has been attentive to our questions and design. I really recommend Pinnacle Pools and Spa in Plano. And I really like how Dale was attentive in the progress. Thank you bith for your hard work. Our pool looks great!!

From the very beginning to now almost completely finished, Festus has been absolutely awesome. Festus and whole team/ crew has been perfect. Worked out an awesome price for the exact design we wanted. Talked us into doing the pebble in the plaster, and it looks and feels amazing. Always answering our questions and if there were a problem, most the time they caught it before we did. Without a doubt recommend Pinnacle Pools to anyone. Thank you guys!

My pool was recently completed and I used pinnacle pools for both my pool and hot tub. It was the best decision in could have made. The pool prices were great, way better than my other quotes. Also the pool is beautiful. What I really appreciated is that the team communicated great throughout the whole process and gave me updates throughout the whole process. A pool is a big investment and it was great to have a team that felt like partners in the project not just "contractors" or "pool builders". The team was great from throughout completion of the pool. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. Great folks and they do great work! I worked with Dale and Zach and they were both absolutely phenomenal to work with.

We are so happy with our pool, swim jets, and spa! We set a deadline to surprise ours grandkids…even with all the rain this spring they had it finished in time for the visit!
I researched and met with several pool contractors. Festus was great to plan with. Dale and others were great to work with as well. He gave us the best price as well. They went above and beyond.

Lary Parker (Sales & Design) and my Project Lead Kyle have been awesome on this pool building journey so I am pretty sure we got the best of crews. While budget is always taken into consideration, the quality vs price seems to be top notch. The communication is great and we are putting together a very nice outdoor pool living space with Pinnacle Pools. I will post photos when it’s done.

Those poor reviews are before the new owners took over so please ignore them as the are irrelevant! Our experience has been 5 + stars. Our team of Festus, Erin, and Adrian have done an incredible job of bringing our combined visions to an actual unbelievable spool ( spa pool). From the months of getting through our HOA to the efficiency of city permits they were thorough. And our end product is simply the most detailed and beautiful center piece we could have ever hoped for in a pool. Being in a Villa with a zero lot line we had to have them work with us to get us the spool that fits our space and adds to our backyard oasis. THEY DID JUST THAT !! We can not say enough about the close relationship we had during our build and how it continues now. Thank you to Pinnacle for being able to exceed our expectations!

We went with Pinnacle for our pool installation. We were told 3 to 5 month until it was fully done. It felt like they sped through the process and got it done in 3 months. Delivered exactly what they said they would. Made accomodations to ensure I was happy and inspector was too. Mandy was our sales person and did the design. We are super happy with it. Wayce was our project manager. We were informed every step of the way. Pinnacle really made sure we were happy with everything. My my family and I have a lifelong fun activity we can do in our backyard. Highly recommend this pool builder.

What a professional, affordable price and high quality job. The pool was done in a timeframe that i am still able to use before the summer is over. Zach and Dale were amazing with managing the project, explanation on the steps and great customer service. We had an amazing experience here with Mason and dale . The design and the end product is perfect . They built everything in a timely fashion and turned out just like the initial plans. All the bad reviews are from the old management .

Good experience working with Pinnacle, surprised and very happy they completed pool within 4 week's. Kept me informed of every step of the building process. New pictures added 05-25-24. Pool looks great with the added flower bed, and the St. Augustine grass

We are getting ready to build our first pool with Pinnacle and it was a fantastic experience. Searching through many resources and pool companies, we were about to give up.
