I am very disappointed with my experience with Pinnacle Pools & Spas. I had high hopes since they are a multi-state company, but found the build experience lacking. Communication was horrendous. If I didn’t ask, I wouldn’t know when anything was scheduled. The sub-contractors were careless and caused return work and corrections. There was no oversight of them. The only time I saw a Supervisor without asking for a meeting, was when the next check was due.

This company makes the entire experience easy and simple for you. They guide you through the entire process and are clear in explaining each step. They are a family company, which makes them very honest and transparent in their business. Mason is the best! He designed our pool and went above and beyond our expectations, helping us get the most for our budget.
