We moved into this house 7 months ago and the pool was installed 3-4 months prior to that. So the pool is roughly 1 year old and we've had to replace all the LED lights (+$3k) and now the motherboard (+$2k). When speaking with Kirsten and asking if their company would at least stand behind their product she said "You're not our customer" because the warranty doesn't transfer and stated they're not affiliated with the BBB and hung up. Any pool company that doesn't stand behind their product for 1 year (Warranty or no) is not reputable and clearly doesn't perform quality work.
