We can't thank Southernwind Pools enough for all of the work they put into our beautiful pool. The entire team including Moses, Angela and Drew truly went above and beyond to help us get everything done in a timely manner. The communication throughout the process was especially on-point. We were initially super happy with our pool. After 5 years, not so much. The quality just isn't there. We had several repairs done under warranty and at 5 years the LED lights are out because the modules they used were junk and will cost close to $2000 to replace because they have to be completely rewired under the patio. The swim jet stopped working due to electrical problems. A tile has fallen off. I had to scrape glue off the tiles from sloppy work at initial install. Better quality was expected for the small fortune an in ground pool costs. They're good people and work hard, but some of their subs and the Pentair parts are really bad.

Southernwind Pools provided a great design incorporating their creativity in design while also implementing what we wanted. Construction process was managed efficiently and we ended up with a great pool and outdoor living areas.
