Working with Medallion Pools was the easiest pool building experience we could have imagined. We'd heard horror stories from other friends about their experience and how long it took to build their pool. So we were quite skeptical with every builder we spoke with. However, Wayne was very communicative and was on top of the whole process; he let us know when contractors would be running late, or early, he kept as close to his timeline as he could (we did have a few days of bad weather). I really can't imagine a better pool buying/building experience.

Wayne and his crew did a fabulous job in the completion of our pool. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism throughout the entire process. We were able to create a custom pool, waterfall feature, and landscape design that is truly amazing and accentuates our yard. Wayne and his crew are very responsive and generally reply within a matter of minutes to any questions or concerns. Despite all the rain this spring, Wayne kept us informed on a daily basis and the pool was completed within 60 days. Wayne was highly recommended by our friends and we are glad we chose him over the other contractors who provided us estimates. If you are considering a new pool or remodel, I would highly recommend Medallion Pools as well. Thanks for creating a backyard oasis our family can enjoy for many years to come.

Working with Medallion Pools was a great experience. The owner was very involved in the entire process, including the design and the landscaping. Communication with everyone was amazing. We always knew what was happening and when, and they responded quickly to our questions and concerns. They created a beautiful backyard space for us, that we look forward to enjoying this summer and for many years to come. We would highly recommend Medallion Pools!

Building a pool for the first time is a daunting task! We asked a lot of our friends to share their experiences and also shopped around a bit as there are several pool building companies to choose from. We came to the conclusion that beside staying within budget, the things that mattered the most were quality & timeliness. While we had the choice to go with other companies, we decided to go with Medallion Pools, a family run business out of Frisco. Wayne Britto’s (owner) patience explaining the process, his candor in setting expectations(on price & process) & his prompt communication style along with his commitment that he himself would manage the project is what convinced us on Medallion. (Best Decision Ever) The design is the first and one of the most important steps. Wayne provided several esthetic suggestions/ options. Our pool construction from start to finish took about 100 days. That included delays due to the weather conditions & back ordered equipment due to the unexpected snow storm. We were treated very fairly & no point was there any hesitation or regret about using Medallion. After agreement on the scope & price, we did change our mind (like everyone else) & had 3 change orders for which we were charged additional (reasonable fees); examples: Larger size spa, upgraded pool equipment, additional decking, etc. All the subcontractors they hired were also very skilled at their work. What we appreciated most was Wayne’s attention to detail, his team’s willingness to answer all our questions and provide us with recommendations/ suggestions on material selection & throughout the process. Thanks Wayne, Dave, Harley & Taylor. We are very pleased with the outcome. Our pool is the highlight of our backyard and our family is already making some great memories.

We had a great experience with Medallion Pools. From day one, the team displayed enthusiasm, professionalism, and a keen interest in helping us come up with a beautiful design for our pool and spa. During the design review with Harley, we were impressed by how we could get near-instant tweaks to our design, with pricing impacts. Later, Tayler's inputs were really helpful in identifying a great combination of tile/stone/paver selection. Wayne was always on top of the operation, checking and coordinating all the different aspects of the construction and ensuring a smooth transition between all aspects of the project. In the end, our gorgeous pool and spa were finished within budget and within three months, which is a pretty amazing achievement for this post-Covid19 era. We are super happy with Medallion and we highly recommend them!

We shopped a few pool companies before agreeing to build one with Medallion Pools. Their price compared to a few other companies and availability to start our project much sooner were the main reasons we chose them. Entire project took a little over 3 months which was what they told us from the beginning. They were very transparent and walked us through the entire process. They answer emails immediately and keep you updated with every detail along the process. Wayne, Dave, Harley and the entire office staff were super helpful. A pool can be a complicated project with a lot of unknown surprises that are out of a builders control but we really can’t complain about a single thing. We’ve been using the pool almost every day for a couple of weeks and couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend Medallion to anyone looking to build a pool!
