Worst experience with this contractor in 2 occasions:
They were sent by the home warranty to fix an air leak in my pool. They came several times and never repaired the leak.
I the second opportunity, The pump was making a very loud noise. They sent the diagnostic to the home warranty recommending to change the motor, but included that the pump was working "normally". How that noise can be normal??, and if it is normal, why did they recommend to change the motor? of course the home warranty denied the claim. When I called the contractor, Steve was very rude to me and said that pumps make all types of noises, and send me back to talk to the home warranty. That is not ethical! if you know that the pump has a serious problem, just say it and clarify it with the home warranty. -

I've been using Expert Pools for years. Jamie, Shane, Sheryl (sp?) are amazing. Jamie came out today and had me up an running (backwash valve cut out and replace) in half the time I was expecting , he knows what he's doing! Also, the communication wrt the timing of the appointment and when Jamie was headed to the house, etc is much appreciated!

We have had great experiences several times with Kris. He arrives on time and has never left us hanging with unresolved repairs. Using a home warranty company can be problematic at times but Kris has made it easier.
