TL/DR: This is a team of consummate professionals who know their field and understand precisely how to execute a project. In a sea of service/building industry mediocrity, these guys stand above all the rest. I have 100% confidence in their abilities. They did not disappoint with the execution of a beautiful pool, patio cover and kitchen project. And almost as important as the execution, I can also recommend them without hesitation for their ability to follow up and follow through. If you need a comprehensive pool/patio project executed without headache - this is your company. My husband and I have had a LOT of experience with GC’s and subs over the years. I have grown accustomed to the disappointments with subs not showing up or doing shoddy work that has to be redone (sometimes 2 and 3 times!). I did not have this experience with Texas Outdoor Oasis. I think that speaks volumes to the relationships they have built with their subs over their years in business as well as the people who are on their payroll. Both their direct employees and all of the subs we encountered were courteous and made sure the site was cleaned up at the end of each day. Shawn was the PM for our project. He was patient with explaining things when I had questions and did a great job with properly setting expectations. On dig day we had a small sticking point on about a $750 piece of the project and I was worried for a split second I was going to have issues. It was handled with grace, and from that point forward Shawn proved to be reliable to a fault and always willing to do whatever it was going to take to make us happy. Honestly, I feel he went above and beyond multiple times which is quite unusual these days. I am super happy with how he handled the entire project. Bo was our landscape design person and he was quick but thorough with recommendations for a couple of changes to what I originally had in mind. We love how that piece of the puzzle came out as well. Adrian is our contact going forward for warranty work and any additional random questions we might have. He was our pool school guy and pool startup person as well. He came out every weekday for two weeks to brush the plaster and adjust chemicals to make sure we had a stellar startup. This is probably not our retirement house, and if we do end up building that house and want a pool, you can bet we will be contact Texas Outdoor Oasis to complete that project as well. They get an A+ from us.

Texas Outdoor Oasis built a pool, patio cover, and landscape project for our family over the past several months. We were very pleased with the professionalism, service, communication, and quality of work. Our designer, Michael Mueller, fully understood our requirements and designed a wonderful space that works for our family. He was happy to make changes and edits throughout the design process and talked us through material selections in a thorough manner. It was so helpful to meet Michael at the company's design center and office here in Wylie where we were able to look at many material samples in-person. Additionally, we walked through the design on the big screen in their office and he patiently made small changes and edits to arrive at our final design. Our Project Manager, Shawn Garretson, made the build-process run smoothly and efficiently. He effectively communicated when crews and sub-contractors would be expected at the house and was always readily available for any questions and concerns we had about the build process. We received a weekly email from him detailing the work that was completed for the week and the expected schedule for the week ahead. We worked with Bo Spears on our landscape design and implementation. I expressed my hopes for a colorful landscape that could also withstand the Texas heat. He helped me select the right trees, shrubs, and flowers to really complete our project in a beautiful way, including a truly creative way to incorporate garden boxes into our yard. We are grateful to Texas Outdoor Oasis for a job well done.

Thanksgiving 2024 brought us a backyard transformation we are extremely thankful for, thanks to Texas Outdoor Oasis! What started as a small and limited space in our backyard has been completely reimagined into an amazing outdoor retreat we now enjoy every day. From the initial design by Michael Mueller to the detailed oversight by project managers Charles Bragg and Shawn Garretson. Michael’s vision brought our ideas to life with thoughtful details that maximized the space, while Charles and Shawn ensured every step of the project was executed with excellent quality, clear communication, and professionalism. The project began in the last week of June and was completed by the first week of November, right on schedule. The quality of craftsmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail is evident in every feature of the pool and backyard. The transformation truly exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Texas Outdoor Oasis to anyone looking for a company that delivers exceptional design, quality workmanship, and a hassle-free experience. A huge thank you to Michael, Charles, Shawn, Brandon, Adrian and the entire team for creating a backyard we’ll enjoy for years to come!

We had an amazing experience with Texas Outdoor Oasis and can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, Bo and Caleb were knowledgeable, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us solve some serious issues in our backyard. Before their work, our yard was a mess—constant water drainage problems, mud everywhere, and overall just an eyesore. They helped us thoughtfully design and install new flowerbeds and walkways that not only look beautiful, but completely resolved our drainage issues. The transformation is incredible—what was once a problem area is now one of our favorite parts of the home. We had Texas Outdoor extend our covered patio, build a pool, and landscape our backyard. Michael created a great 3D rendering so we could easily envision the final project. I loved the detailed estimate being an accountant I love the details. They were great people to work with. We had a couple hiccups along the way but they acted swiftly to resolve any issues we had. Our neighbors even commented on how polite and respectful all of the workers were through out the process. Would definitely recommend them and actually a colleague is using them to build her outdoor kitchen and extended patio.
