I have a pool for ten years, and honestly I hated anything about it until I found these guys. I had recurrent issues with algae, equipment breaking here and there, etc. I never mind paying for a professional pool service, but it was hard to find a reliable one. I noticed that my neighbor had the same pool company for years, so I decided to give it a try before I give up on my for good and fill it with mud. For my surprise Atlantic Pool Services did exactly what they say they would. I have been using them for almost 4 years now and I can finally enjoy my pool! I'm not saying that my pool never brakes. Actually, I just had a pump burned out while I was out of town. It was fixed on the very next day, and all communication was made throughout email since I was overseas. What a peace of mind! Atlantic suggested improved design concept features that minimally affected the cost but resulted in a magnificent outcome! This is not the first pool that we have designed. Daniel and his team helped renovate our pool and it became a very tough project. The scope was relocating the pool equipment, resurfacing, new tile, coping, mastic and decking. At the beginning of the project we discovered our pool sat on top of a natural spring and had some movement. Daniel and his team stuck with us and guided us through the project. Although the cost went up and the timeline extended due to the conditions, Daniel was calm and knew exactly what to do in the face of some really unique and adverse conditions. Daniel is honest, trustworthy, professional and most importantly - does what he says he will do. I recommend Atlantic Pool Services 100% if you are considering a pool renovation.

I had a great experience with Atlantic Pool Services. Its a family business based in Plano right where I live. They came recently and did my Driveway leveling ( Its been sinking slowly due to hot weather and nearby oak tree).
Concrete leveling is another service that Atlantic Pool offers. They were quick and did a clean job .
Daniel is the owner and he has been wonderful in taking care of my driveway repair and did a follow up visit and a phone call to make sure I was satisfied.

Bob and Leta were extremely responsive throughout, they provided a variety of quotes, and had so much variety in their offerings. The work was extremely professional, and you could sense that the entire crew was invested in delivering a project they could be proud of. I needed my pool cleaned and serviced for Memorial Day weekend, because my usual pool service person decided to take the week off. I filled out a form on there website late Friday night, with little hope of my Hail Mary being completed before noon on Saturday and really assumed I would have to do it myself. But at about 10am, Bob the owner reached out to me and answered my prayers. Tech was there and finished by 12:30pm!!! On time, professional, and willing to take care of a first time customer on a Saturday morning of probably one of there busiest weekends on short notice, says everything you need too know about this company. I called and they immediately came out and gave a good estimate on the repairs and an excellent quote on weekly cleaning. They communicated every step of the way and ensured we were cleaar on all proposals.

My pool heater unexpectedly broke down two days before my son’s scheduled pool party. I explained the urgency of the situation and Blue Escapes sent someone out the same day I called to diagnose the problem. The issue was resolved by the following day. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They saved the day for my son’s party. Also, everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions and concerns. It was a five star experience from start to finish. I normally would not even post a review, but my experience with them was such that they truly deserve to be commended for their exceptional work, responsiveness and customer service. If you are looking for a top notch company to assist you with your pool or pool equipment needs, you just found one.

Blue Escapes Pool service is very responsive and does great work. Had an issue with my pool pump day before Thanksgiving and they came same afternoon. Kept me informed of part ordered from Austin and made repairs a few days later same day part arrived. I have used them several times and always call them when I need service. Thanks.

Very nice people and easy to do business with. The only thing I wish had happened was that they could have given me some pre installation instructions. There were a few items that were not discussed and we had to delay for a few days. However, once those were kinks were worked out, the process was smooth as silk. This is a really good company and I love my salt water pool.
