My house was scheduled to get painted and the company that was supposed to cut them canceled due to an illness. I was stressed and needed help fast. I ended up picking this company from the reviews and they were able to get someone out the same day. It was really a God send. Everyone was professional and really knowledgeable about the trees. We have an ash tree in our yard that needed injections due to east ash bores and they were able to tell us all the ends and outs of it. Solid choice. Getting trees especially big ones done are expensive but they worked with me on the prices which I appreciate. Now the folks walking on the sidewalk won't get hit by the cypress tree anymore!

Excellent experience! Needed a quick tree removal Plano TX after a heavy storm cracked a large limb over our driveway near the Legacy area. They responded almost immediately and had a crew out to clear the hazard the next morning. Hardworking, honest, and professional—I won't call anyone else in Plano.

Fantastic service. Large live oak removed the same day I called them. Also removed dead Crepe Myrtle and pruned 2 healthy ones. Stump grinding done the next day was very thorough. Not just the stump, but large surface roots as well. Super reasonable cost. They charged me less than some competitors were going to charge for just the large tree. Great Job. Great Price.

Unbelievable disorganization and incompetence from the people who run this company. My dealings with them were a hassle from beginning to end. Some of the problems were a lack of communication, showing up without notice, failing to mark which trees to work on -- which meant the field crews didn't know what they were supposed to do, problems with billing, and the arrogance from the management.

Believe it or not, when I complained to one of the supervisors about this company's incompetence, one of the owners showed up to my door and yelled at me for being frustrated with them, and then threatened to dump a truck load of debris in my driveway and abandon the project. The sheer arrogance of this man was shocking when he should have been humble instead -- recognizing that his customer was unhappy with their lack of professional work.

I regret hiring this company for the work I needed done. I will never use them again, nor will I recommend this company to anyone needing work done on their trees.

I had a terrible experience with Tree Service Pros of Plano. They arrived hours late without any notice and seemed completely disorganized. The crew damaged my roof and gutters while trimming the trees and left debris scattered all over my yard. Despite repeated calls, the management was unresponsive and unapologetic. I regret hiring them and would never recommend their services to anyone.

I used this company last year (2024) and this year (2025) for tree service on some oaks I have out front. They seemed to do a good job.

Then, I agreed to have them remove jasmine and holly roots from my front flower beds, for which we had an agreed upon price of $866. We agreed upon this in person on or about August 6. They never showed up to do the holly and jasmine root removal. The owner called me on 08/19 to say somebody would show up the next day. However, they never did and never did any of this work at all.

I learned about one month later when reconciling my credit card that they charged me $1353.12. I tried calling them, leaving voicemails for more than one month. The owner finally called me back and said he'd have his billing person look into it. I did not hear back for several weeks. I called and left more voicemails over a few weeks. Finally, on November 12, I received a text message from the owner stating, "Seems Kim our back office coordinator has made a mistake and we need to correct it."

However, nothing has been done to correct it. I have left more voicemails about this since November 12 and have not heard back. Several times over these months the owner has asked me to call him at a certain time or asks if I am "available tomorrow" by text. When I call at the appointed time, he does not answer, or if I text back that I am available tomorrow, he does not text back and does not call that next day.
