Great bunch of guys . They do all kinds of construction all over the metroplex and beyond. They have a lot of construction equipment and do good work. They can manage multiple projects at once

This company was hired by Spectrum to install fiber optic cable in our neighborhood to start offering our neighborhood Spectrum services. Yesterday they started working in my yard. Mind you, I do not want Spectrum service I have a Quantum fiber but I know this work is necessary for my neighborhood. Well, as they were working yesterday, they cut my Internet line. I waited in about an hour to see if my Internet would come back up and once it didn’t, I went outside to ask if it was because of anything they did. The man responds to me saying “oh yeah, we cut your line by accident YOU’LL have to call your service provider, let them know we cut it and they’ll come out to fix it. You can tell them to just send us a bill if they try to make you pay for it.” I was in the middle of my homework. So not only were they not going to tell me that they cut my Internet line now, I had to call quantum fiber for what THEY did, be on hold for hours, get transferred around and go through all types of hoops all because of this company! And now, I won’t have any internet or TV for a week! Thanks a heap!
