Great customer service! I had the pleasure of working with Hope who was able to give me a quote for services within the same day I requested it. She was very knowledgeable and I truly appreciated her assistance.

After having some not so good experiences with other plumbers with 'great online reviews' I finally came across Sandollar! The plumber they sent was very knowledgeable and had no problem installing a new sink faucet and plumbing a clog in another sink. They will be the ones I call when I need help in the future!

We were in town staying at a relative’s, when there was a blockage in the sewer line outside of the home. Not knowing who to call, my wife said there was a Sandollar Services truck working at a home under construction down the street, so I went to talk to him. Zach, the employee working at the site, walked with me to our relative’s home and went right to work. Not having the necessary tools for this issue, he had to go back to their shop, and quickly returned to finish the job, over the lunch hour! Zach was so polite and professional, we cannot thank him enough and would definitely recommend Sandollar Services to anyone needing a plumber!

Had some minor toilet leaking and Dickens came within a few hours.. nice guy and dependable.. fixed the problem promptly and reasonably priced.

Highly recommend Dickens Plumbing. I hit an outdoor main water pipe while mowing. I called Dickens Plumbing who was here within 20 minutes (on a Saturday). He had it fixed within 45 minutes. Price was very reasonable. I will call Mr. Dickens again.

Poor workmanship or parts

Six months ago I had dickens plumbing replace an exterior faucet on my home. The original faucet lasted 10 years. Last week I found the same faucet would not stop leaking. I asked Dickens if they would lower the price as little since the faucet failed. They would not considering their trip charge is 100.00. I believe he is totally unreasonable not to warranty a part that's worth 10.00 and is a thread on connector.

We have been using Port Plumbing since the early 70's ....they are almost family...there has been little change in personnel.....their work is thorough, professional, timely and friendly...in a world where very little is predictable and "work ethic" is a forgotten term I find comfort in knowing that they are people I can trust.
