Power in my house was cutting in and out Christmas night, tried a little dyi but couldn't figure it out myself. Called BNA 8:30 the next morning they were there by 9:30, told me the problem was in the meter box I would need to contact the power company to get it fixed. Power company unlocked the meter box I called BNA back and they were back at my house in about an hour. 340.00 total was what I paid for labor and materials which was exactly was exactly what I was quoted. Office personnel was really nice and responsive. Electricians that came out both times were pros. Couldn't have been happier, will use BNA again.
