I called Kingwood Air Solutions when our AC stopped working, and it was almost 90 degrees in our house. The company we had previously used couldn’t come out for about a week. Kingwood Air Solutions fit us in the day that I called and fixed the problem at a reasonable rate. We had too many issues with our previous company, and I never felt that I could trust them. I felt that our technician, Taylor, was honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. I will definitely be switching to Kingwood Air Solutions for any future needs. Thank you!!

Mike was my technician. He was very professional and polite. Got me up and running in no time. Cost was very reasonable.
My home warranty company Choice Home Warranty sent another technician from
GeauxPro Air 2 which lied to me and Choice for the repairs that needed to be done. I had to pay out of pocket. Kingwood Air Solutions saved the day for me. I highly recommend them. Mike is Awesome

I called a company in Nov. 2022 to look at my heating system issues. They were very thorough and explained everything. I liked the company so much I made sure to pick them again when my AC went out after a storm in June 2023. Different technician but the exact same excellent service, extremely kind and thoroughly explained everything. I so appreciated their service both times I will make sure they are my go to company if/when I ever need service.

Glen arrived on time the other day to perform an annual maintenance check on our system. He was thorough and explained every step he was taking. No serious issues were found - for which we are grateful. KAS has been great to work with for the three years we have lived in Kingwood!

Kingwood Air Solutions provides excellent service & I can’t recommend them enough! After having some awful & subpar companies in the past, we finally got the right company for the job!

2024: Another great service call. Called Friday night and Glen arrived Saturday morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue and worked to get the drain pan unclogged. He left everything better than he found it. Won't hesitate to call Kingwood Air solutions again.

2019: A fantastic experience. I made a call Sunday night and Dustin was at my home Monday morning. He was very knowledgeable and understood our multi-zone system. He pinpointed the issue within 20 minutes and presented options, including a zero-cost one. He also left us with some suggestions to improve our cooling that we could implement on our own. I won't hesitate to call them again.

Awesome service, honest assessment, can tell they care about their customers vs trying to make take advantage. Definitely recommend to anyone with any AC issues.

We have used Kingwood Air Solutions years and they are very professional and reliable. Our tech Adam is wonderful and why we request him for our service. We have a yearly maintenance plan with them and love it. Great company to do business with and would highly recommend.

Update 06/24:
AC was not working at all so I called KW Air Solutions and Chris came out and found the pan to be full. It took him 15 minutes to find the problem and fix it. He was so nice and knowledgeable.The price was spot on too! I have been using them for the past 4 years and I will only use KW Air Solutions for my AC and heating needs. Family owned and operated. I highly recommend them.

AC was not cooling as it should. Taylor with Kingwood Air Solutions came out and was very informative about my AC . I had alot of questions and he answered them all. He was very courteous and patient. What I really appreciate is the courtesy call before he came out. I made sure to get one of his cards so I can ask for him specifically if needed. I would definitely use them again.

Justin did a fantastic job. Quickly assessed the problem and went above and beyond improving the air flow throughout the house at no additional cost.

I had a to notch experience with harles from Kingwood Air Solutions. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He was so fast and efficient. He got in and out and then cleaned up after himself too! He explained evetything that he was going to do before performing the work and then knocked it out of the park. Justin the technician called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way over. When he got to my house he was very polite and professional. He talked me through the process of what he was doing and explained the issues with my unit then told me about my options. Very pleased with the experience of using Kingwood Air Solutions for the second time.

The service was scheduled quickly which surprised me because we just had a hurricane come through and I know a lot of people had issues with their AC units due to being without power for so long. The service was excellent and thorough. I would highly recommend Kingwood Air Solutions. They were also very reasonable.

I had a great experience with this company. Our home had a cooling issue and they sent a tech out same day within a few hours to resolve it. My technician was kind, knowledgeable, and educational. He also gave me some tips to assist with further issues in the future. If you’re looking for a HVAC company I would absolutely recommend this one!

Chris came on time, straightforward on the whole process and finished in the time frame he estimated. They cleaned up after themselves and put everything back the way it was before they came.

Both Chris and Adam were very helpful in everything they did. We had a seamless transition in getting our ac installed. My wife had pleasant interactions with the ladies in the office. This company is great. I called for my heater issue and they sent a technician out right away. Unfortunately, he had to order the part, but I am confident once the part arrives, our heater will be up and running.

We noticed a burning electrical smell this morning near our AC return vent. I called Kingwood Air Solutions, and a tech was at my door in just over an hour. He provided us with 3 options for our repair, with no pressure to choose the most expensive one. They have ordered the parts and will return in the morning to complete the repair. Very responsive and professional. We have used them for years and will continue to do so.

I always have Kingwood air come and service my system. They are very timely, explain everything really well and most importantly I feel very confident with them. Any repairs they’ve had to do were in a timely fashion and they offer. competitive I highly recommend.

I have worked with a lot of AC companies in the last year. Kingwood Air "to me" has been the most trust worthy and pleasant to work with. Had Taylor come by today to quote me a full replacement. He did not pressure me in any way and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision on which route to go. Needless to say, they will have my business. Really appreciate y'all!!
