I came the Tillage Farms with my client that I thought would definitely NOT get approved for a loan, but between me and the sales person, and lender we were able to make something that looked like it was not possible. Turned into a great experience for the buyer and a new homeowner!

I cannot believe they are building homes where you have to go through the master bedroom to get to the back yard. Really?

Terrible place, they made me go to see a property which I toured in 5 steps including its patio with a door that connected the patio through its last back room, the price is very high (250) for such a small home, convinced another family to accompany me but I was sad that the seller never arrived

If u want respectful deal don’t go to sales rep Lezlie resnick . She drains out your hard earned money

Not built yet but It will be an affordable community as a starter home. The affordable home plans are small and basic, no garage. Yards are small and the only entrance to the back yard is through the master bedroom. Small living rooms and not a lot of cupboard space in kitchen. Quiet neighborhood.

We made an appointment to view a house at 5pm. We arrived at 4:44 and no one was in the office. We waited and more people came in. The sales rep Brian ignored us and helped the other 2 families that came after us. We told him we had an appointment at 5. Brian dismissed us to help another guy that came in after us. He never asked in what order we arrived or if the other people had appointments. We drove an hour to view the houses and waited an hour before walking out.

Purchased our home in October, we had a EXTREMELY smooth process. So far everyone has been pleasurable and we love our neighborhood. We are excited to see it continue to grow. If you’re looking for affordable, beautiful homes in Collin county…THIS is it.

The most important thing to know is that internet is not included in the HOA dues. This is a sales tactic. They lock you into an internet service that is an additional $43.99/month, without informing you. You can't cancel. If you choose another company, you pay two bills. Also, the homes' finish out quality leaves something to be desired. Overall, I think it will end up being a super cute neighborhood.

I thought the price of my home was good but I didn’t get a completed home. I have no blinds, no ceiling fans, no towel bars in the bathrooms, the closet rod was too short and they have not cleaned up around my property. My kitchen cabinets were falling off and Dominic repaired them. No one told me I had to call for my trash cans and I don’t know who supplies water and sewage. The sales agents are not empathetic and I didn’t get any answers from Cruz Garcia or Laura Ramirez.
