All Season Landscaping

Hi everyone. I live in the Princeton/ Mckinney/ Farmersville area. I reached out to Armando 3 days ago in order to set up Lawn mowing services. Originally, I called but no answer so I text pictures of my Yard on all sides which happens to be a corner lot and its definitely the biggest in the neighborhood so it stands out and I usually do have a hard time finding someone to cut the grass for a normal price which is between 50 to 100 dollars. So after I sent the photo I sent the address and he looked it up online. So he has the photos I sent and stock images at this point. I also advised the lot was the size of 2 homes which doesn't equally skew to double the land in the sense of what you'd have to cut but gives a good idea and I'm willing to pay the doubled fee which in my neighborhood its usually around 40 for my neighbors lawn service so I should pay about 100 at max. ARMANDO came to my house and called and told me he won't cut my grass unless I pay $150 dollars because the lot is way bigger than he expected. So he says I can find someone else to do it because he cant for the price quoted which was $70. Now I'm left with a full yard, and empty promises. This was very unprofessional. Very distasteful. Very disturbing. You came all the way to my home, we made a deal and I was depending on you. Word of mouth is going to spread. I hope you get everything you deserve. This was unlawful and ungodly. God is watching and to do this on good Friday. I'm appalled.
