Best plumber in the area.. very trustworthy and high quality

Diego has helped me with multiple plumbing repairs over the past couple of years. Very nice guy, knowledgeable, and professional. He consistently responds sooner than others. The work him and his team does are impeccable! Would highly recommend their team.

We’re so glad we were referred to Black Rock Plumbing! John was professional, punctual, and incredibly polite throughout the entire process. He showed up exactly when he said he would and had everything fixed and running again in no time.

John and Carlos showed up on time and ready to work. They knew exactly what needed to be done and worked together like a well oiled machine. When one was working on the hot water heater the other was working on the clogged sink and disposal. They were so kind and helpful and answered all of my questions, even the goofy ones. I would recommend Black Rock Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, especially John and Carlos. Thanks guys for making plumbing a very positive experience.

Plumbing repairs were completed as scheduled. Work was completed to satisfactory level.

Today is January 1st and I was not expecting John to be able to come and help us. But he did. He cares about his customers! Plus his work was excellent!

I had such a great experience with this plumber. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, respectful, and very kind. He took the time to explain what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, and I never once felt rushed or like he was just trying to get in and out. He worked carefully, made sure everything was fixed properly, and even checked back over his work to be sure it was perfect! I won’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to friends and family.
