Thanks John is fantastic! He arrived at 7am sharp as promised on a Saturday. He was the only one who could come out, as other companies had a wait time till Monday to Wednesday the next week. Way too long. Our tankless water heater had no hot water and John troubleshooted and resolved the issue in a short amount of time. He even drove a ways to pick up the part that was unavailable at open business locations til Monday. We now have hot water! I highly recommend John and his company, as he’s very cordial and professional. He’s a very nice successful young man. He is to be commended and I have him saved for any future reference related to plumbing, etc. and more. Outstanding work thanks John! We appreciate it GREATLY. It was a true emergency resolved in a timely manner that same morning.

I had a great experience with John from BlackRock Plumbing. He came out to fix some under-the-kitchen-sink pipe issues and was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. Rafael came out....was fast and finished the fix way faster than expected...effective at resolving the issue and replaced sink valves quickly...trusted their ability immediately...would use them again 100% of the time... Great price.

All great with the yearly tankless heater check up. They showed up on time and did the job as expected. Rafael is super profesional. Highly recommended.

These guys seem to be highly unprofessional. Choice Home warranty setup an appointment for today 11 am - 3pm. They stood me up today. Not answering calls. When they answered, the guy said they have to setup an appointment with me separately and won't honor what Choice has setup for me, which is not correct.

Update - Right after posting this review, rather than rectifying what they have wronged, the guy asks me take down the review.

These people were supposed to show up Between 11:00am and 3PM. I took the day off from work and these "professional People" were so unprofessional they just did not show up. No call , no text, they just stood me up. Avoid this Plumber. Horrible service. I am filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the State Licensing board and will leave every review I can letting people know how horrible Prime Plumbing and Rooter is.

Such an amazing experience, Rafael was so helpful, transparent and explanatory. He not only fixed what I called about but also took the time to explain to me the other things that eventually need to get done. I was really impressed with the customer service, affordable price.

Attic removal and replacement of 50 gallon gas water heater. Tight spaces made the work difficult but they did a great job! They covered everything from the front door up the stairs and to the attic access. Took about 2 hours. Workmanship was excellent! Guys were nice, professional, and very experienced. Very pleased.

Prime plumbing came to our rescue and replaced a leaky kitchen faucet and also replace some valves for us. We appreciated their prompt arrival and quick service, they arrived less than one hour after we called. They were very professional and helpful. There was no attempt at upsell and we also appreciated that. Thank you.

We emergently called due to a washer faucet leak into our wall and were told we would be helped within the hour. Raphael showed up on time and verified that the work I had done to attempt to correct the problem was sufficient. He was so gracious and would not allow us to pay him for a simple verification. We will be using this company again for any future needs. I highly recommend this kind gentleman for your plumbing needs!
