Wonderful experience working with the Tradition team in Windsong Ranch. Keith, Kim, and Beth made the building experience easy with their communication and guidance. Definitely recommend Tradition Homes, as the final result of our home was exceptional.

We love our Tradition Home in Windsong. Evan Koehler was our builder and did an outstanding job. I am very particular and had phase inspections and Evan was very professional about fixing everything reasonable and being solution oriented. We have a crusty old inspector who hates builders and he said "they did a pretty good job", which said a lot. Three pieces of advice for those new to building: 1. homes are built with hands and never perfect. 2. consider getting a designer, they are worth it. 3. Do a lot of research on functional/common sense upgrades and make sure you plan outlets, plumbing, lighting and everything behind the walls in advance of signing.

The homes are beautiful and the marketing team good, but if you are expecting a positive Darling Homes construction experience, proceed with caution. Our construction experience has been less than positive such as:

*Services never fulfilled / multiple subs went out of business
*Subcontractors refused to fulfill change orders
*Poor quality installation of some of structure and accessories
*One-sided contract terms
