Mint cleaners is now (not so) Friendly cleaners. Prices up about 30%. No text when cleaning is ready for pickup. Do yourself a favor and drive on by to the next cleaners. Disappointed.

Been going to Mint Cleaners for about 2 years now and have no complaints. My shirts are always super clean and pressed right, also on time.

This place is so inconsistent. The door has hours of operations of 7am-6pm M-F but don’t open until 8. I’ve showed up at 1:00pm and there’s a sign saying out to lunch. This is extremely frustrating given that most people have tight windows of when they are able to pick up but it’s always a gamble as to when they are open.

Great dry cleaners! They have fantastic service and they are great communicators! They send you a txt when it’s ready and take great care of my clothes!

We’ve had great experiences with Mint. My husband and I are both wear suits on a daily basis for work, so we have a lot of items to be cleaned. We have always gotten friendly service.

Since the new company, Mint Cleaners, took over the service has been excellent. The notification system when my order is ready is the best part but the overall service and staff is great as well.

The service is impeccable! My clothes are always perfect. Love the discount they send out every so often. I highly recommend their service.

February 21st - Prices increased and not posted, ownership changed again. I dropped off 10 men shirts for laundry on Wednesday 18th and was informed that there were new owners. There was no price list to be seen, my information was taken down. I just picked up my 10 shirts and was charged $53.82 - more than $5 per shirt. That is another significant increase over just the past week. I questioned the price, and told very clearly that if this is the new higher price and this without it being mentioned or advertised, I would not be back. The person didn’t care. So this was most certainly my last visit to this shop.

Love that they text you when your items are ready for pickup. They are always courteous and occasionally offer coupons which helps out alot! I left my previous dry cleaner because they were never friendly and the prices always seemed to vary greatly and were really high. Try this cleaner out - you wont be disappointed.

Scheduling was easy. I was kept in constant communication on when they were coming. Walter and Hudson were friendly and professional. They got the project done in a timely manner and kept me updated step of the way.

Hired them to clean the carpet in 2 rooms. They gave me 3 hour window. No one showed up. No call..
No show.

We were quoted $250 and when the carpet guy showed up the price increased to $500. It took him an hour to clean all the spaces. We do not understand the price increase.

Bait and switch….oh you want the price quoted on phone? That’s just for a water cleaning. You want soap? Prices essentially triple. 2 men who came to my house made me feel very uneasy. Do yourself a favor and call a different company. Had them clean my couch. Looked great when they left….this morning when it dried it dried brown and stained. Off to the dump it goes

Found these carpet cleaners through a search engine and they had great feedback. So, i gave them a shot and kept my fingers crossed. I had two rugs, one of them was pure white and barely stepped on. When marvin and derek showed up, they explained everything in detail and set expectations. The rugs looked brand new when they were returned, the results were astonishing. Happy i stumbled upon this service. The one issue was that when i requested a quote on their webpage, i didn't get a response. But i'll certainly use this brilliant carpet cleaning service again, but next time i'll ring for a quote and booking.

Booked a time slot for carpet cleaning service. There was a minor communication gap, but eventually, I got in touch with Justin & Sons Carpet Cleaning to discuss the situation. Derek, who was on the call, clarified that they would be able to service my carpet the following day. No complaints, very professional! (Definitely worth every penny)
