I had a problem with my heat not coming on. I called Matco and they were able to send someone out that day. The service man Santiago Salina came and he checked out the system. He was able to pin point the problem. It was the fan motor and he was able to get it to work by switching some wires but recommended I get a new motor because he couldn't say how long the motor that would last and being the winter is coming I decided to replace it. He checked on the price for me which I was OK with. So he got it order and within the week I was getting it done. Santiago is old school and will not do something unless he does it right. I’m very please with Matco Services. We’ve used them to service our equipment for years now.

Our AC unit finally quit. Denny did a great job helping us find the correct unit for US. There was no pressure. He explaining how the equipment worked and is very knowledgeable about their equipment. They were very helpful with financing also.

Their install crew was very professional. They laid drop clothes down so not to mess up our carpet. Everything looks great and the new system is pretty awesome.

Denny came back after crew cleaned everything up and showed me how to work thermostat and set it up. He also went up and showed me the system and showed me everything I needed to know about that too.

I learned very quickly that not all AC companies are created equal. I was highly impressed with how knowledgeable and professional Matco's employees were. All my questions and concerns were addressed efficiently and I felt I left with a more comprehensive understanding of how my unit worked. I needed routine maintenance performed on my unit that is 10 years old. I reached out to Matco and they were able to have a tech come out that same day. Garrett was great! he was knowledgeable, professional and overall was able to save me some money! Definitely recommend these guys - they do fantastic work and never once did I feel like I was being "sold" on any unnecessary services.

I have been a customer for 22 years with Matco Services and they have kept my 25-year old HVAC system running that whole time with visits in the Spring and visits in the Autumn to make sure it was well-tuned. It impressed me that they would always attempt to prolong the life of a very expensive essential need in our homes rather than pushing to sell a new appliance. When my system finally decided it was time to say goodbye a few weeks ago, Matco gave me options, prices and recommendations and made the replacement seamless. From Michael Hollman explaining the whole process and answering my long list of questions, to G1, G2, Santiago and Jackson working so hard to make sure my house is back to normal, I cannot say enough good things about this company. Whether it is for replacement, or to make your existing equipment last longer, I wholeheartedly recommend Matco.

Wow, just had Ryan and Garrett out from Matco to check behind another HVAC company's diagnosis of my four units. I was blown away with their knowledge, experience, and integrity, and caught the other guys pencil-whipping their test results to upsell me. Unfortunately, not all HVAC service companies are beyond reproach, but Matco stands out head and shoulders above the pond scum. Ten out of five stars!

We recently used Matco to install an additional HVAC unit in our office warehouse building. They were prompt and thorough when responding with an estimate. They communicated with us and coordinated with other trades smoothly. The project was done on time, as promised. I would highly recommend them.

My air stopped working on the first really hot day of the year and it was a Sunday. I called 5-6 other companies and couldn’t get anyone out for several hours, if at all. Matco had someone out within the hour and fixed the issue. They’ve secured my future business with any hvac issues.

Garrett did an amazing job! He came out within an hour of calling and was able to figure out the problem and solve it quickly. He was the absolute best! Highly recommend him and MATCO.

Michael was great to work with! He was very timely and explained everything thoroughly. Especially during the heat of summer I was thankful that they took care of my air conditioning quickly and for an affordable price! Would highly recommend and will be using Matco again!

My AC started acting up overnight - I needed the issue resolved same day. Matco responded within a few hours and had my house cooled back down a few hours after that. Jackson was great; very professional, respectful, and most importantly kept me updated throughout the process.

Yesterday we had one of our HVAC units replaced and several of our units repaired (capacitor's replaced). Jack, Wesley, and Juan's crew did an amazing job. They were were here bright an early, kept me updated the entire time, and work was completed before noon. They really did a great job working efficiently around the staff . We have had our maintenance with Matco for years, here at the office, and I have never been disappointed.

My HVAC system was old and quickly passed away in the July 2025 heat. MATCO came out same day and quoted me different replacement units. They explained well how the age of my system was no longer repairable. I was asked thoughtful questions about how long I had been in my home, and how long I planned on being there, to help describe my options best. On install morning, 3 service techs showed up with new condenser, furnace and coil. My older house had a complicated conversion from 2 wire to 3 wire, to make my updated smart thermostat continue to work with new furnace. They installed the adaptor so I could keep my newer smart thermostat. Install went seamlessly and my new HVAC is definitely more powerful. Included in the first year post-installation is 2 services checks. Thrilled with the ease of working with MATCO.

We have had to deal with lots of a/c companies over the years with owning rentals and let’s be honest, lots of them tack on charges and fix problems that might not be there. Well not these folks. Richy was so honest with everything he did, and I just can’t express how refreshing it was when we came to pay our bill and us actually being shocked with the price but like in the best way, because it was so affordable 😃🎉. When you run across a good, honest, companies with quality workers like Richie, you have to share it! Picking a A/C company is tough, and our searching days are over, these are our people now! I recently had Jackson Hollman from Matco services, come to service my AC unit, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. he quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair options clearly, and provided a fair and transparent quote. The repair was completed efficiently and effectively, and he even took the time to answer all of my questions and provide helpful tips for maintaining my AC unit.
