Landscaping reviews in Prosper, Texas

This will be my 3rd year. The selection is great and the staff are outstanding. I am 83 my husband 87 and don't move fast. They are so understanding, helpful and patient that we will shop here even if prices weren't reasonable.

The strawberry blonde male with the long hair in a ponytail is extremely hostile, unhelpful, and reeked of cigarettes. I will drive to the Little Elm location even though this store is five minutes from home.

TRAVIS and PEYTON were both wonderful in helping us pick plants for our garden. Both were helpful, knowledgable and patient.

PEYTON may be a young high school kid but don’t underestimate him! His demeanour, temperament, expertise and interest in plants, and maturity in understanding the customers needs and responding accordingly, and his eagerness to help is a delight to see. The kids these days are alright!

bought 4 Echinacea in March..... it died. Talked to the store plant experts. This particular person was NOT interested in understanding the problem. She asked me to transplant. It still died. now i have nothing.

I would have been okay with the dead plants, if not being patronized by the store's plant expert.

My last two visits to this location has been very unpleasant. The manager is very flippant and the store isn’t well stocked compared to other locations. The manager doesn’t seem knowledgeable or willing to do to his job. Everything seems marked up or priced incorrectly. It’s a shame because this location is close to my home and I find myself going to the little elm or Lewisville locations for better selection.

Great well laid out nursery. There is everything here. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Varieties selection is amazing. Prices are better than Lowe's and Home Depot. I wish I'd known about this nursery months ago.

Actually went yesterday to the soft opening. This is a spectacular store and one we’re so glad to have in Prosper! Clean, spacious, and a great selection. Very friendly staff - this is a great Calloway’s!

Wonderful people. Our trees didn't make it but they made sure to refund as promised. They went the extra mile in every way. This location is worth the drive if they're not the closest one to you. Special thx to Sylvia. Today's pumpkin selection was amazing. We will see you at Christmas!

I got really good beautiful bonsai tree for $30.00 with 20 percent discount . I was searching for bonsai tree went three stores find it here. it came in solid bonsai pot. you can see it pic.
Excellent service. One of staff member came and asked if we need any help, provided guidance needed. Its great to have such large nursery in our neighbourhood.

Very responsive via email or phone. They're prompt and do what they say they will do, which unfortunately isn't always the norm. The crews are diligent and detailed. Highly recommended

Highly recommend JC’s Landscaping for high-end turf installation. After a failed attempt with another crew, JC’s came out and did the job right—properly till the soil before installing the Zeon Zoysia. My Prosper lawn is incredibly dense and healthy just 60 days later. 5 stars for quality and professionalism!

We used them for irrigation work and found them to be timely, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
