We have used Maid Brigade for a few months now and have no complaints! Communication is excellent. We are notified prior to their arrival and they show up on time. The women are friendly, professional, efficient, and respectful. They do a great job!

Fast service, good communication, flexible schedule, and quality work. They came to clean a home for sale. We had another company out before them (Busy Bees) who simply took our money and ghosted us. Maid Brigade saved the day!

Maid Brigade of Prosper works wonders in my home every time they visit. They always leave my house spotless. The team is professional, friendly, and wonderful with my pets. Despite having a medium-sized dog that sheds a lot, my home is always impeccably clean after their visit. I highly recommend their services—100%! Special thanks to Joy, Mercedes, and Cisceley for their speedy and efficient work.

The scheduling was easy, the staff was nice. However, they missed a lot. The dusted around items in my bedroom and kitchen counters (that could easily be pushed to the side). They splashed a solution on the floors (my house is all tile) and used something that looked like a squeegee to clean it. I had to go back after and re-mop the entire house because I still saw splash marks and it looked smeared. The toilets were not wiped down on the outside, especially the fronts. I have a black light. They said I would receive a call after, but once they got their money I never heard from them again. I was too disappointed to have them come back for remediation.

The crew is so friendly and always check in to make sure the job is done to my expectations. They have never been late and never cancelled on me, which means a lot!

THIS IS A SCAM. We used this company for our move-in cleaning. We didn't have any furniture so it wasn't too difficult for them to cleaning my house. They initially quoted for $660 and told me that it would be much less. In fact, they charged me with $800 for "overtime". They were VERY SLOW in cleaning to make it overtime. Also, I've caught maids chit-chatting with my network contractor, which is ridiculous. And when I came back and check my house, I've noticed many things weren't cleaned. Oven wasn't cleaned. Every shelf was only cleaned up to 3rd level. Backsplash wasn't cleaned. My stove wasn't cleaned. Bathroom drawers were never cleaned. I took all the photos and shared to their manager, and they gave me options to either have them come back and cleaning or refund for $60. I didn't want the same company to come and clean since they did very poor job so I brought the manger in and showed her how badly their service was done, and got $60 in refund. I will never use this service again nor recommend them to anyone.

But as a new mom in the newborn trenches, I was gifted a few cleanings by my mother-in-law—and I’m so glad I was. Maid Brigade of Prosper was fantastic from start to finish. They sent a team of four, which made the entire process quick and efficient. As someone who values my space and time, I appreciated not having to spend hours with people in my home.

They worked around my two dogs easily, brought a high-end vacuum, cleaned the windows, surfaces, and counters beautifully, and even went above and beyond by washing a few dishes I had left in the sink. It was such a gift during this hectic season. I’m genuinely grateful for their care and professionalism—and I’ll absolutely be recommending them to friends, neighbors, and family!

We had a great experience with Maid Brigade of Prosper! Ms Joselyn and Ms Nodalys were the ones who deep cleaned our house upon move in and we needed a refresher and hired them again! We love that they work fast and are so detail oriented. We are also a fan of the non-toxic cleaning products they use and it doesn’t leave an overwhelming smell after which is fantastic. Highly recommend!
