We built a new house and had the best service with Dave's Heat and Air! Cameron did a great job with our install and made sure we knew how our new system works. We went with a Carrier Infinity Green Speed 24 Seer Heat Pump system. Honestly, it's so quiet and effecient we never even think about it. Ac went out on a Wednesday evening, had to take my wife to the airport early Thursday morning (left house @ 2:00 am., called them on the way home (4:00AM), they were at my gate 7:00 am, found the problem, ordered the part went and picked it up back at the house at 2:30 pm, an hour and half later completed repair work, not sure what to say but damn their good

My elderly parents AC went out on a Saturday, Very hard to find anyone to come that day. I found Dave’s heating and Air and they came through the same day. Technician Tyler was amazing! Thank you Tyler!! You got a new customer!!

We have used Dave’s Heat and Air for 3 years. We have the maintenance package and they come twice a year to ensure everything is in perfect condition and ready for the summer and winter. They are always very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. We would definitely recommend them!

New home owner in Hunt County and called Dave’s for my initial inspection of my unit. Cameron, technician, arrived very quickly. He was so knowledgeable about my system and answered all my questions. Very courteous and pleasant to work with. I am so impressed with the initial visit that I am now a maintenance contract holder with Dave’s. I will definately be referring Dave’s Heat and Air to all my friends, family & neighbors.

Fast booking, on-time like they promised, great service, and located the issue within minutes! Definitely making them my go to for any of my HVAC needs!

The tech found the problem very quickly and replaced the capacitor then discovered I only had 3.4 lbs of coolant. He explained there was a good chance I had a microscopic leak and should have Dave’s check this in Nov. or Dec due to the extreme heat. After thinking about this I do not believe this was the right decision given the fact I replaced the coolant @$108 per unit and if the leak exists I am going to incur additional cost of coolant along with a service charge if I have to replace the coil.

I called at the end of the day expecting to be qued for the next day but instead Tyler was able to fit the work in on his way home. Very unexpected! I have used Dave’s Heat and Air several times in the past and found them to be reliable and attentive and will continue to use them in the future.

Called Dave at 7:30. The tech arrived shortly after 8:00. Diagnosed the problem rapidly. Replaced the thermostat and now I’m happily enjoying heat. Excellent service as always.
