Words cannot explain how much of an ASSET to your company that Jacob Whitley is! He diagnosed a serious issue in our home. He took his time to help us get the best resolution and fix everything correctly the first time. He even had to diagnose our water heater that no one has ever taken the time to thoroughly diagnose in the Heat of Texas. Without Complaint mind you! He is very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Thank you for y’all doing your due diligence as a company and hiring employees like Jacob! I will continue to be a loyal customer!

We hired Military Plumbing for a full home water line replacement (goodbye old copper piping!), new electric water heater and water filtration system and I couldn't be happier with the results.

From the first phone call with Aaron to the final walkthrough with Rowdy and Raul, their team was professional, punctual and incredibly respectful of our home. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, answered every question I had without rushing me and made sure I felt confident in the work being done.

The crew was clean, organized, and clearly experienced. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and even cleaned up after themselves. Which, let’s be honest, should be standard, but it is not! The filtration system is working beautifully and the peace of mind from having a new hot/cold water line is priceless, especially in an old home like ours.

Kenneth came out and installed a new garbage disposal very quickly. The work was great and he was very kind. I will definitely use again.

We had a new water heater installed and the water temperature is terrible. The water is warm, but not hot and barely lasts. I also asked for an itemized receipt from the technician and manager, only to be ignored by both. The lack of transparency concerning what I paid for is making me feel overcharged.

Military Plumbing has been wonderful to work with! It never feels like “just business” with them – they make everything feel personal and genuinely care about their customers. They even remembered me from my last service, which really stood out. Reliable, friendly, and professional – highly recommend!

My biological dad was an 88 year old veteran that I met through Ancestry.com. We purchased a tiny home to convert into a fully ADA compliant home for him. MILITARY PLUMBING donated all their services to plumb in the entire house to make his move in possible. We love the folks at Military Plumbing Because of their dedication to their customers, and veterans. We could not say enough good things about them.

No one wants to have a plumbing issue and waking to no hot water is terrible but calling Military Plumbing was a great experience. I got around 8:30 AM and Mr. Chris Reeves was at my home 10:30. Chris looked into issue at no charge and offered multiple solutions with pricing details. He made process painless and professional. My new hot water heater is installed and we are fixed by 1. Thanks so much Military Plumbing and Chris Reeves. Plus, they gave a veteran’s discount.😜

This is a great company with great people. We had a propane leak at the house. From the time we called to see if we could get on their schedule to after they fixed it- amazing!!! Aaron came out and helped us find the leak and was so nice, knowledgeable, professional, and fair. I can not thank him enough for helping us in our scary situation. He even made sure we were good with the gas company after his repair. Top notch service. We will always call them for any plumbing needs.

Outdoor faucet leak repair(Brandon Hope) was awesome. They took the time to explain, make recommendations and discuss my options with me. I am glad that Military Plumbing sent Brandon and his partner to the house to assist me with my issue I can now perform my own car wash 😝

Absolutely wonderful. I have never been treated so well from a company before! They were so professional and honest! Even after the job was done, the clean up was better than I have EVER experienced with a company. You couldn’t even tell anyone had been there working on our plumbing. Hands down , the BEST. I’ll never hire a different plumbing company again.
The coordinator I went through was Lily and she was absolutely amazing! Everyday she let me know what I should except to happen that day and kept me in the loop of what was happening along with the plumbing and/or issues that came up. She is so friendly and professional!!
The plumbers that were in the job were Aaron and Raul. Such professionals and explained the whole process as it was happening and so sick to repair. Very good men and professional!

Anthony was who came out for an emergency. Very nice, professional, organized, time oriented, very educated and nice man all around. We appreciate him and his time and effort of fixing our leak. If we ever need a plumber we’ll be calling back to military plumbing.

We just had our yearly maintenance. Jacob did a fantastic job and gave us some valuable tips and helpful information that undoubtedly will save us money in the long run. He was not only helpful but was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give 10 stars because Military Plumbing deserves it! ⭐️🇺🇸 From the moment I called to the end of the service, this company proved why they are a shining example of what an American business should be. Chris, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and friendly! 💯 He made the whole process smooth and welcoming.

The owners are former military, and most of their team proudly shares that background. 🇺🇸 Our technician, Clint, may not have served in the military, but he’s a young man filled with patriotism and pride for this country! 🦅🇺🇸

We had a partially clogged toilet that wasn’t working properly and needed a rebuild. Clint got everything back in perfect working order! 🚽💪 The level of service, repair work, and overall customer care was outstanding. I am more than pleased. 🙌

Though I never had the honor of serving in the military, my heart is filled with pride and gratitude for those who do. Today, as I write this on December 7, 2024, I am watching Michael Bay’s movie in remembrance of those we lost at Pearl Harbor 83 years ago. 🇺🇸🙏

I was experiencing water standing in my yard and I was very concerned that I might have a broken pipe. I called Military Plumbing and they came over the next day and changed out one of my outside water spigots that I thought might be causing the problem. That wasn't it. Jacob, the technician/plumber person they sent out, told me that he thought that I could possibly have a leak under the slab of my house. He told me that he was going to come out and run a shut off valve close to the house and then do a pressure test to see if the leak was from the meter to the house or under the house itself. Luckily for me the break or the pinhole leak was right where he started working so he was able to cut the piece off and add some new pipe and the end result was amazing. I can't say enough about Jacob and what a thorough and trustworthy person I feel he is. I didn't feel I was pushed into anything I didn't need. He explained everything very thoroughly to me and I understood what needed to be done and he did a great job. I will always use Military Plumbing because they are a trustworthy company in my opinion and will request Jacob in all my future fixes.
