This is a great company with great people. We had a propane leak at the house. From the time we called to see if we could get on their schedule to after they fixed it- amazing!!! Aaron came out and helped us find the leak and was so nice, knowledgeable, professional, and fair. I can not thank him enough for helping us in our scary situation. He even made sure we were good with the gas company after his repair. Top notch service. We will always call them for any plumbing needs.

Outdoor faucet leak repair(Brandon Hope) was awesome. They took the time to explain, make recommendations and discuss my options with me. I am glad that Military Plumbing sent Brandon and his partner to the house to assist me with my issue I can now perform my own car wash 😝

Absolutely wonderful. I have never been treated so well from a company before! They were so professional and honest! Even after the job was done, the clean up was better than I have EVER experienced with a company. You couldn’t even tell anyone had been there working on our plumbing. Hands down , the BEST. I’ll never hire a different plumbing company again.
The coordinator I went through was Lily and she was absolutely amazing! Everyday she let me know what I should except to happen that day and kept me in the loop of what was happening along with the plumbing and/or issues that came up. She is so friendly and professional!!
The plumbers that were in the job were Aaron and Raul. Such professionals and explained the whole process as it was happening and so sick to repair. Very good men and professional!

We called on a Sunday they were fast to answer and get a technician on their way. Very nice man that we spoke to over the phone.
Anthony was who came out for an emergency. Very nice, professional, organized, time oriented, very educated and nice man all around. We appreciate him and his time and effort of fixing our leak. If we ever need a plumber we’ll be calling back to military plumbing.

We just had our yearly maintenance. Jacob did a fantastic job and gave us some valuable tips and helpful information that undoubtedly will save us money in the long run. He was not only helpful but was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give 10 stars because Military Plumbing deserves it! ⭐️🇺🇸 From the moment I called to the end of the service, this company proved why they are a shining example of what an American business should be. Chris, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and friendly! 💯 He made the whole process smooth and welcoming.

The owners are former military, and most of their team proudly shares that background. 🇺🇸 Our technician, Clint, may not have served in the military, but he’s a young man filled with patriotism and pride for this country! 🦅🇺🇸

We had a partially clogged toilet that wasn’t working properly and needed a rebuild. Clint got everything back in perfect working order! 🚽💪 The level of service, repair work, and overall customer care was outstanding. I am more than pleased. 🙌

Though I never had the honor of serving in the military, my heart is filled with pride and gratitude for those who do. Today, as I write this on December 7, 2024, I am watching Michael Bay’s movie in remembrance of those we lost at Pearl Harbor 83 years ago. 🇺🇸🙏

I was experiencing water standing in my yard and I was very concerned that I might have a broken pipe. I called Military Plumbing and they came over the next day and changed out one of my outside water spigots that I thought might be causing the problem. That wasn't it. Jacob, the technician/plumber person they sent out, told me that he thought that I could possibly have a leak under the slab of my house. He told me that he was going to come out and run a shut off valve close to the house and then do a pressure test to see if the leak was from the meter to the house or under the house itself. Luckily for me the break or the pinhole leak was right where he started working so he was able to cut the piece off and add some new pipe and the end result was amazing. I can't say enough about Jacob and what a thorough and trustworthy person I feel he is. I didn't feel I was pushed into anything I didn't need. He explained everything very thoroughly to me and I understood what needed to be done and he did a great job. I will always use Military Plumbing because they are a trustworthy company in my opinion and will request Jacob in all my future fixes.

Kenneth was my plumber that came and checked my plumbing. I thought I had a leak, but after inspecting and doing a pressure check there was no leak. I’d like to give a great shout out to this company and specifically Kenneth for providing such great service and giving me reassurance that there wasn’t anything I should worry about, I highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs!

Very nice person when we called. Our bathroom faucet needed to be replaced so they came out to give us an estimate. No service charge which I thought was Great until they told me the cost that was over a $1000.00 dollars or over $800.00 if we bought the faucet which was outrageous! We called another plumber and it was only $320.00 dollars! We told him what Military plumbing was and he said how do they sleep at night trying to overcharge people. Please get other estimates before using this plumbing company!!

Military plumbing is a great company! Brandon came out listened to our concerns about the plumbing. He did his check of the problem. He gave us a thorough evaluation of the problem, answered all of our questions. The estimate was spot on PLUS (we did multiple estimates) because of my son being in the military previously Brandon gave us the 15% military discount. Brandon scheduled our repairs starting with the trench digging, repairs made to the pipe, city review of repairs and then the last item was filling up the tunnel.

Brandon and Rowdy and the crew from Military Plumbing did the job and sent the documents to our foundation company so we could get our lifetime warranty for foundation repairs. Lily helped us by contacting Goodleap for financing. She was really helpful.

My daughter had previously used Military Plumbing and reminded us to get an estimate from them before getting our work done. I am glad she recommended Military Plumbing to us!

The plumbers, Anthony and Juva were right on time. Two of the most polite and nicest young men that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They had the plumbing problem fixed in no time at all, about 10 minutes and showed me exactly what was wrong and how they fixed it. I want to thank Military Plumbing for their great work and for explaining everything to me. I will be calling Military Plumbing for all my future issues. Anthony and Juva are definitely an asset to the company!!

Had an awesome experience with Military Plumbing! The dispatcher Lilly was super friendly and got me scheduled right away. Anthony, the plumber, showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got everything fixed fast. He even took the time to explain what was going on, which I really appreciated. Great service all around — I’ll definitely be calling them again next time I need a plumber!

Ryan came out to help me get my gas fireplace back up and running after purchasing my house. He was super kind and showed me how to troubleshoot myself and what I needed to do to take care of the fireplace itself. He also checked my water heaters and made sure all was good! Definitely will call again if I need anything else.

Had Military Plumbing come out to replace a frostproof spigot for me. They sent Mike Caldwell. Michael got here on time, and then proceeded to explain to me what might need to be done. All three scenarios, accompanied by prices. Finished his work relatively quickly, then came to show me his work. Wound up having to replace the entire spigot. Showed me what was going on with the old one, and why it needed to be replaced. Now everything's cool and no leak. If I have to call Military Plumbing again, I'm hoping they send Mike out. Seems to be a real good company. I'd give them a chance if I were you.

Everyone at military plumbing has been exceptionally helpful, thoughtful, very knowledgeable of what they're doing and I just can't say and that's good things about them.

We had an issue with a hot water heater that we had ordered to have them install from Home Depot. The issue was on behalf of Home Depot, not them. However they went out of their way and went by Home Depot and picked up the hot water heater that we had ordered since Home Depot dropped the ball. And this was a very last minute thing because they were already almost to our house and had to turn back to go to Home Depot and then come on to our house.

The installation was very quick and they were able to answer all of our questions, and we're just good down to earth Southern people! Just a kind I like!

They also offer a military discount if you are a active, veteran, spouse of a veteran or anything to do with a military they will give you the discount. Again there's not enough good things that I could say about them and I highly recommend them for anyone who needs to have any plumbing work done, whether you have a military connection in your family or not.
