I believe in prevention, which is why I opted into the service contract Blain offers. Today (April 30, 2025) my unit had its bi-annual check up only to discover two pieces on the unit needed replaced to prevent a possible fire down the road. So glad I have Blain keeping an eye on things. Super glad I opted into their yearly maintenance contract. I'm one happy customer 😁

We called about the smoke detector continuously going off. They came promptly and solved the problem. Troubleshooting is one of the specialties of this company. The technician was kind, proficient, and helpful.

Once again they were thorough and great. So nice to know they are here. Fixed AC in no time. This was a major issue. They took the time to find the leak. Found out this part was still under warranty and ordered it. New coils were a big issue yet they did very well. Now our house is COLD! This should lower the electric bill too. They are so nice, honest, and professional.

We started using Blain nearly a year ago and we have been very pleased with their service. Manuel was our technician and he really did a fine job. He checked everything and corrected anything wrong. We will have them come back in September to ensure we are all set for winter.

Manuel came out and was able to diagnose us needing a new capacitor on outside unit and let us know the thermostat temperature output was incorrect. (thankfully we have a new one on order already). He took time with us to go over concerns and understanding the system. In addition he was there to quote for RV electrical work, which we also will be using them to install power for a RV hookup. In conversation about our Generac system, he pointed out important maintenance we needed to do. My husband tends to be very particular on who comes out, and was very pleased with his knowledge and we plan to use Blain Services for our continuing upcoming needs.

Update on review: if you get service it is good service, just know they are too busy to quote you on future business.

Steve Blain and his team at Blain Service Co has done an outstanding job doing some electrical work and installed our Generac Whole Home Generator. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. I highly recommend them!

Called this morning for generator repairs. Manny promptly arrived this afternoon and diagnosed the faulty switch. Nice to work with a company that is reliable and punctual.

Steve and his team spent the better part of the day running pulling and rerunning underground power and ground for the installation of a new Generac whole home generator. I appreciated the level of professionalism and great attention to detail. This, for me, was a major project and I feel like I have as good a quality product and workmanship as could be had in our area. Thank you Steve Blain and team. Much appreciated!
