Very limited experience with house cleaning services but due to age & health problems I finally gave Patty a try. And so happy I finally did. She exceeded all my expectations and did a fantastic job. I am either going to schedule every 2 weeks or keep her number on speed dial.

These guys are the BEST!! They came out on a Sunday to make emergency repairs to our roof. They got our insurance company to move within days (we had been trying for months!). Our roof was replaced and they were super careful with our flower beds. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Everyone was so very professional and friendly. I WOULDN'T, I REPEAT WOULDN'T ever call Reeds Appliances again nor recommend his services. He came in I told him my issue the 1st thing out his mouth is "it's NOT the bearings" that's after he turned the basket by hand. Plus I knew it wasn't the bearing because I had just replaced it a few days prior. I go check on my kids and came back he tells me it's the bearings. I feel like he just wanted to make a service charge fee so I paid him so he can go because he didn't even turn the washer on so he can hear the noise I was describing. Just can't find. Good honest help these days everyone just tryna get over

Dishwasher waste working the process was simple I made a phone call, told them the basic issues answered a couple of questions, then was told an approximate time, like clockwork they called and gave me a 30 minutes notice, showed up, very professional, courteous and direct. Tool care of the problem in less than a hr. I was and am very satisfied with service.

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago with Jason and no call no show. I called again, and He came the next day to assess the situation but failed to follow-up about the part needed. I called only to find out they no longer make the part.
