James came out on a Sunday after lightning struck my beautiful Ash tree, and as an Arborist, he assessed the damage. Sadly, Ash had to be put down, that 50,000° Fahrenheit flash did too much damage past the bark. I was managing broken windows from debris, fried modem and router, burnt TVs
, and security cameras on the inside, and he was a steady source of honest wisdom and direction for the outside. I made the decision for her untimely fate that same week. He and his well-oiled team showed up on time, and the home-going service began...she lived a long life, provided shade to us for decades, and was a haven to many fowl that stopped to rest, or start a family. Yes, I appreciate trees! They took her down in an expert fashion, and carried her away. While here, I engaged him to cut back a Mimosa he diagnosed with fungus, and give my twin Hackberries a shave and a trim. His team even cut some poison ivy vines, and cleaned the debris from the lightning off of my roof. His team cleaned up well, and respected the property. James is a family man, treats his team well, they are a great group. He is licensed, bonded and worth his price as this tree was very close to my home. Do not try to save money by using self-proclaimed tree services, it can be a surprise and nightmare for you, and/or your neighbor if right goes left. He has an easy invoicing system, and accepts credit cards, and gives a written receipt on company letterhead. ☆☆☆☆☆Well earned!
